I mentioned earlier that my friend's copy from Target had an insert for the Movielink download, but no code printed on it. Here's the e-mail I just got from him:
spent ~1 hr with the target folks. we opened two and they didn't have codes, either. we called corporate, they finally said they'd look into it and i should keep the disc, they'll call me. and they're sending me a gift card for my troubles.
I wonder if this affected all of the copies, like the missing Knocked Up booklet. Did anyone that bought it from Target get the download code?

I got the download code.
EDIT: No, I didn't. I thought the code sounded funny. I just got the insert with the space for it on there.
I posted about it. Warner did an online survey about how they were planning a box set with new special features for all and I got it through a group called GlobalTestMarket. The test asked silly questions, like whether or not I was going to buy both the 2-pack bundle with the Thirteen ticket AND a box set, or just one or the other. I am guessing the scores were, disappointingly, low, and WB decided to only create the set for hi-def (as Twelve gets new bonus features and Thirteen gets the exclusive doc/commentary.
It cannot be found in the SD box set. The Masters of the Heist documentary is only available regularly on the Blu-Ray and HD-DVD versions of the trilogy, or at Target in the US on the 2-disc Deluxe Edition and at Future Shop in Canada in a steelbook.

Well, I finally broke down and opened my trilogy set...
In case anybody is wondering - the SD-DVD boxset contains all three films in standard Amaray cases. These cases are not stacked on top of one another as I expected, but can be removed from the side as if they were sitting on a bookshelf. There are no booklets or inserts of any kind in any of the cases.
The back of the box DOES advertise the "Masters of the Heist" documentary as a special feature under Ocean's 13, but mine did not come with a bonus disc of any sort and the feature is not available on the Ocean's 13 disc.
With the movie download error mentioned in some posts above, coupled with this misinformation/missing disc, it seems like Warner Bros. kinda messed up on this DVD release. I have already contacted their home video department (1-800-553-6937) regarding the advertised special feature that is missing from my set. They took my contact information and said that I would be contacted tomorrow once they've looked into the issue. I think it would be appropriate for others who opened their set to find this advertised documentary missing to give them a call as well, but at the present, it looks like they're not quite sure what to do about it yet.

crappy pics from a crappy camera phone. a little late, but better than nothing, i guess? if anyone has better pics, feel free to post!

all three films are widescreen, housed in amaray cases (no more snapper for eleven). the right hand side when you open the box has a list of characters followed by a description of their job. ex:
Daniel "Danny" Ocean - "The Ringleader"
His job: Use his charm and powers of persuasion to distract, provoke and generally annoy the target.
it's a pretty cool set and definitely a no-brainer if you don't have any of the films, since it's the same price as getting them all individually, but with a cool box. if you have the first two... well, that's your call. i got it and i'm happy. definitely a better package than i was expecting. i really thought they'd just put a thin cardboard slipcover over the amarays, but the box is nicely constructed of thick, durable material.

Thanks to both of you for posting pics.
I went ahead and ordered it from DD w/ the 20% coupon. It ended up being under $23. For that price, I can wait the time it takes to ship (expecially since I already own the first movie).

Turns out there are even more hi-def exclusives than previously mentioned: on top of the HBO special and deleted scenes for Twelve, there is also a commentary by Soderbergh and George Nolfi.
