If you absolutely must have something the second it is available, then price shopping is not for you. What you lose in the speed of availability you make up for in the money you save. You just need to decide how valuable the wait is for yourself.

If you ordered from DDD, then stop bitching about waiting for the order, this "hassle" is part of dealing with the excellent prices that they offer. If you need it right now, cancel the order and go to BestBuy.

I completely agree with ^^^. That is how price shopping works most of the time. I have no complaints, but I am anxious.

I am lucky really because as for theme and everything my 3 fav. Manias 10, 12, and 13 are virtually untouched. If you already have all or some of 15-21 I wouldnt get the whole set unless money isnt an Issue. The single digi packs are 40 something at Wal-Mart. Themes being edited does suck but I watch wrestling for the matches now as for that the blurring on the later shows for me makes them almost unwatchable. Lucky for me I already have 16-21 in there original releases so only 14 is a problem with that. I had to stop it 2 matches in cause it was giving me a headache.

If any of you are tight for cash just get the digi set with your fav. manias on it. However if your a completest and have the extra cash Id say go for it and get it. I think its pretty darn cool really even if there are alterations done to it.

Deepdiscountdvd.com does NOT even have them in stock! They took way too many pre-orders and now they do not know what to do! They way under-priced the set and I think now they realize what they are up against. I cancelled my order from them, went to Amazon.com and the set is coming TODAY! I will NEVER do business with DDD again, they absolutely suck for wrestling dvd's, I don't care how cheap they are!

I think people have a right to bitch. I mean i think the majority of people saw a sweet looking deal and jumped at the chance to save a few bucks. I bet if they knew what they know now. They would have thought twice and ordered it from another online retailer such as best buy/fye/amazon.

Bottom line. Deepdiscount dvd is wrong. If they were expecting 25 copies (let's just say) and the 26th & 27th pre-order came in. I don't see why the 26th/27th customers can't be told they sold out. That's just laziness on DDD's part. I had it ordered through them until i realized something was up and called them asking questions. I then was told the new date of nov. 12 and canceled. I just ordered form amazon...with next day delivery. It cost me about 207 bucks. Hopefully i get this by tomorrow. Sucks, i would have had it by now if i originally ordered it from amazon.

Also. For those of you who have it. Are some mania discs flippers? If so which ones? I assume 4 is a flipper. Thanks.

On another note, if you don't like the DDD wait then go pay up to twice as much in other places. Personally, I don't mind the wait if it means saving a load of cash. There are plenty of other things I can do (be it DVD related, wrestling related, or otherwise) without having all the WM DVDs. So I can live fine without them. And I likely won't watch them as soon as I get them anyway.

Yeah... I just called DDD... They said it's been back ordered to November 24th..... So I canceled it and will be shelling out a few more bucks to get it somewhere else.

Weird. I called to cancel my order of sets 1-3. They said they couldn't cancel 1 & 2 because they are shipping now. #3 will ship on the 12th or so. I kept the order, since sets 1 & 2 will hold me over until I get #3.

Just got the e-mail that they shipped. The thing that sucks is that I have to pay twice as much postage now (and I picked the 2 day shipping) because they're coming in two separate packages.

I just called DDD myself, and the date I got was the 10th. Not the 12th. So I don't know wtf is going on with DDD! She told me they have been getting a ton of calls about WM Anthology...lol. Im not angry about the situation though really. Maybe just a little frustrated is all. I have patience (unlike some people). I have been waiting a LONG time yes, but the bottom line is IM SAVING MONEY and I will always choose money over time, even if it takes another month.

Probably by the time some of you guys get these sets from DDD, they will have already had their next 20% off sale.

Because they DO NOT have the right answer to give their valuable customers....They have no idea what to do and they are probably going to go to retail stores to fill their orders...Bottom line....They pre-sold too many sets and they will NEVER get enough to fill their orders...Anyone who orders from them again is crazy...They cannot be trusted...

By the way....I pre-ordered my WM set from them 8/26/05 and never received it...I ordered with Amazon.com on 11/2/05 and it was in my hands 11/3/05..What does that tell you bargain hunters?

Are you that incredulous to think that WWE and Sony would only produce that limited quantities of their biggest moneymaking set?

DDD is giving you free shipping on an already much lower price than Amazon on the set. If you don't wish to continue ordering from them and pay more on Amazon, then that's your prerogative, but you don't have to blast them like they have ripped you off. I have never had any problem with them and they have been generous on giving 20% discounts on their already low prices and free shipping with that. If you want faster shipping, then pay the additional $4.95 for their 3 day delivery.
