I too am keeping my "old" version unless the audio and video is significantly upgraded. (Not that there's anything wrong with the first version.) I find myself not ever watching the extras, so I usually stick to barebones releases unless the SE's and DC's have significant AV enhancement and/or deleted scenes reinserted in the movie.
