1. The Muppet Show season 1. There was early concern about how many episodes would be included as they had to get permission from the guests (or their estates) to use the footage on DVD.
2. Space Ghost Coast to Coast. There were 5 early episodes left off because certain celebs (including Jim Carrey and Dian Parkinson) demanded more money for their appearance to be sold on DVD.

It will unfortunately after Mr. West is gone. get with it DC, stop taking yourself so seriously. after all we are talking about a man that dresses up in a flying mouse costume.

I was checking in to see if there's any news on this but I see nothing much is progressing
After watching Chicken Little and hearing Adam West as "Hollywood" Chicken Little it made me think about this series. I may have to head to a convention or something. This was a great show.

found a neat little dvd at Walgreens Called "Bat CLips" for only 39 cents. Check out 39-cent DVDs @ Walgreens! Its from Treasure box, comes in a cardboard sleeve, and is not to be missed. The video quality looks like dupes of tapes, and some of it just home video footage, but still for the price its a must own if your looking for adam west batman.
-it starts with a clip of the first appearance of batgirl
-then shows a US wage & labor ad starring Batman & Robin tied up while Batgirl ask for equal pay for women
-then multiple version of the theatrical movie trailer/promos in multiple lanuages
-Then an appearance by Adam West at a trade show IN COSTUME...he says something to the extent of I've been doing this 22 years, which puts this appearance about 1987-89. He makes some inuendos to the ladies, and pokes fun at some kids...its pretty amazing. This is prime example of being washed up, before his combeback through other means (like family guy).
-Then behind the scenes footage of some sort of interviews. Conducted in front of the batmobile on set with a bat cave. Not sure if this was a reunion show or what...Wasn't Return to the Batcave, seemed before that, as cast members who were dead at that point are in the cast.
I have a feeling this dvd will get pulled

Thanks for the tip, I'm going to check out Walgreens.
I also bought the set, but some of the episodes don't work
All it did was make me more depressed that we can't get it legitimately instead of whetting my appetite.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to see where the nearest Walgreens is. (I don't have 1 in my town)

I picked this up for $0.39. The picture quality is equivalent to glorious VHS EP. On the cover it says the video is Digitally Remastered
. The whole DVD is a shade under 30 minutes. The last bit definitely came from the Reunion show from the late 80's. This had to be Alan Napier's last TV appearance as he died in 1988. He was in great spirits but was completely incoherent due to his advanced age. There were two catwoman's present, Ertha Kitt and Julie Newmar. Glad I picked it up. I definitely got a few good laughs out of the DVD.

Here's a scan I did of the front cover, Cameron, if you still needed one..:
BatClips
and I did a search for it on google and came across an eBay listing.
$6 was the winning bid for one of them! and here we payed 39 cents! That person made a profit of probably at least $5. Well, I guess that's eBay for 'ya.
