Just picked up "Man On Fire" for $11.98 shipped and "Fight Club" for $13.50 shipped on ebay. Not outstanding prices, but pretty damn good. I love mistitled auctions.
By the way, I just sent you a PM howwon. Dunno if you will care or not, but I figured I'd try to help.

Yes, all Canadian R1 Steelbooks. I nearly had the big one when I found Cars and X-Men 3.

My new count is now 34. The other Canadian Steelbooks that I do not have, are mostly avaible online or on eBay. There is only one Steelbook that I have not seen yet and that is The Chronicles of Narnia.
Thanks for a fantastic thread, Scott1598. It was through your OP that I was able to obtain a lot of these Canadian Steelbooks.
Cheers to you.

right now i am a little sad bc i moved to a temp. house while my other is finishing being built so all my dvd's and steelbooks are packed securely in storage. can't see them or take care of them as i would like, but knowing they are out there i am ok. will still buy the upcoming and merely visualize how they look nicely wrapped in the dvd baggie.
, well

When I said, "I nearly had the big one", I meant that I nearly had a heart attack, when I was able to purchase them, from two different sellers.
The seller of X-Men 3, had it listed for at least three hours before I noticed it. He had used a stock photo in his listing and that is probably why so many people missed it. He had a photo of the actual case within the description area.

I was getting worried about keeping the case in a safe enviroment. The bags being 3 mil in thickness, gives it some cushion protection. The resealable flap is a very nice touch.

Hi johnsun,
I rarely shop at HMV because of their prices. I'll have to pop in there and see if their prices are back to reality.

Thanks for the info of the Dragon Ball Z steelbook release WTK. I have seen the Bardock feature but have yet to watch the history of Trunks.

Here is another upcoming anime/video game steelbook release due out on 2/5/07. Here is the source of this news.
...The first disc in ADV's Devil May Cry series will be available on its own on February 5th, the same day that Capcom will release both the regular and the Collector's Edition of Devil May Cry 4. The Collector's Edition (MSRP $79.98), which will include the first DMC anime disc, comes packaged in a deluxe steelbook case, so there was no room to include the traditional DVD case...
