i dunno if "King Kong" qualifies as that is more a tin than 'steel book'.

Define steel book.

Steelbook:
Steelbook consists of a metal exterior and an inner core of plastic and has the same dimensions as a standard DVD style case.

SteelBook can be manufactured to accommodate the exact number of discs required. This year single and double disc versions are available.

It's basically a normal keepcase (width and height), two clips inside for an insert on one side, with disc hub on the other. just totally made of thinnish steel or aluminum. nice snap-like closure.

Tin:
A custom case/shell with hinges which will hold a normal keepcase, 2-disc or 1, with or without slipcover, other extras/memorabilia.

Yeah, it's kind of sad when you think about it. Very minimal efforts are placed into package design (overall) by US distributors .. the same one's doing the contrary overseas. Though, there's an obvious solution.

Where will you put Akira's Packaging? In between Steelbook and Tin?

I have the Narnia steel book. Was free with the purchase of the LE at futureshop in Canada.

I got this one too. Do you use it ? I never used it as i like the packaging the 2 disc SE came better.

Hey, love me or hate me, but TERMINATOR 2 is not a fuckin' steelbook. If you want to change the parameters of your own question, rock on, but a) make that change public and b) don't piss on people adhering to accuracy.
