Yeah, I hear what you're saying. I think there are a lot of oddly similar covers, but I also see some in this thread that aren't similiar enough for me to think it's anything but coincidence. *shrug*

Yes, that's what it said on the Poseidon dvd cover at least (look really close and you can see "From the Director of The Perfect Storm and Troy" at the bottom of the Poseidon cover.)

I love these two. They used basically the same fonts but swapped them around for the actors and title.

Not a new thing, but I enjoy how there only appears to be one way to sell a pirate-themed movie these days.
