Fox Home Entertainment have announced the Region 1 DVD release of Predator: Collector's Edition for 20th July 2004 with a retail price of $26.98. Available here in the UK for quite some time now this R1 DVD release appears to be identical in all but standard regional variations (languages) and the addition of the appropriate Alien Vs. Predator promotional material.
Arriving in separate anamorphic widescreen and full screen editions features include:
English DD2.0 Stereo, DD5.1 and DTS 5.1 Surround
French DD2.0 Stereo

It may not be missing, just not listed in the specs.
Usually easter eggs are not listed in a press release from a studio (although in some cases, they're listed on the back of the box, and people have a hard time finding them, or else think the features aren't really on the disc).
