Last time one of my friends moved, we had the stuff we're ready to move to the u-haul near the elevator. When we came back for the 2nd load, one of the lamps and a book shelf went missing. Tell me something, if you found something in the hallway of your apt, and nobody's around, you instantly assume it's somebody's trash and it's yours for the taking? We have a word for that, it's call stealing.

In the trash room, next to a dumpster = fair game.

If the trash is housed in a separate room, someone had to make a cencerted effort to go out of their way to put the stuff in that room. If they were doing it so some random person in the hallway couldn't take their stuff, they should have thought it out more. Finders keepers.

There are at least a dozen good titles in there...you don't just find a copy of The Story of Adele H lying around that often.

Considering the spelling and lack of capitalization, I'd say you've got a lot of cheap bootlegs there.

snatch, saving private ryan, la confidential, crouching tiger, mighty wind, erin brocovich, man on moon, quills, spy game, and private parts.

That's the one that caught my attention too. I'd take that, L.A. Confidential, and Best in Show, and toss the rest. Maybe keep Snatch if I was in a generous mood.

Oddly enough, the porn version of Bend It Like Beckham is called Bend It Like Beckham.

No, one was the Guy Ritchie film, the other was a home movie of ChicagoDVD returning to the trash closet with a bag.

Now, I dont know which titles are out, but have you checked the movies yet ? Maybe som J6P bought a lot of "cheap DVD´s" somewhere that said "EZ-D" on them ?? That would be reason enough to toss them in the trash
