I got antsy and emailed them a few days ago since mine shipped on the 1st and nothing showed, so the CS guy said he would have one sent via UPS.

Arrg! I'm jealous of all who ordered it in time...

Got my dvds from UPS today, so for those that still haven't had the first shipment show up it is worth it to email them about it.

I ordered mine on September 12, they "shipped" on October 1, I waited until October 27, got in contact with Time Life saying I never received them. they said I'd be shipped a replacement. they tried to charge me for a replacement, this caused my credit card to go over my limit, and they decided to not send the replacement but to credit back my card for this order only. so now i have two charges, an over the limit charge on my credit card, interest rates for two months, and nothing to show except a large bill for nothing. John Rose, an e-commerce associate said that it's not their fault I never got it but if I use another credit card, they'll consider charging me for another order at their convience. I'll wait for Paramount (fingers crossed).

How strange, I wasn't charged when they sent my replacment, were you informed that a charge was going to be made if another shipment went out?

well, i hope i didn't make a mistake buying these... i just wanted something better than my age-old VHS tapes, ya know? so far, they seem superior.

if you've been following the new series, it should be clear that the show has already run into many problems, so i'm not convinced that they'll be a real renaissance for R&S. not sure what this means for DVD releases...

no i was not informed of a charge, i was simply told that a replacement would be shipped out, just as soon as the stock was back in, via ups. it was not until i noticed the stock was back in that i got back in contact with time life again and they said "we charged your credit card to place a replacement order but the stock ran out again so we are refunding your original purchase but if you'd like, we can reorder this product for you when stock comes back in".
