I believe you have to have a certain number of posts before they enable PMs on the forum. Not exactly sure how many posts are required.

I have stayed away from B&N all year, but I just re-joined (free 2 month membership) cuz they have some stuff I want, including one expensive item. So if anyone amazingly has a 20% off coupon they don't plan on using, I will gladly accept your donation!
A good cheapie right now (for members) is Dr. Strangelove Digibook. $9.99 before coupon. So as long as you can get free member shipping and use a coupon, it's a decent deal.
