I wouldn't look for the Criterion sale to overlap into the b2g1f sale. B&N most likely will remove the Criterion titles early from the b2g1f sale to prevent it.

I have three CC in cart with one free still showing. I doubt the overlap will happen, but we'll see. If it does, it will only be for a short window around 2 or 3 AM on the east coast, right?

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2
Surprisingly someone over at Blu-Ray Forums gave a 50% coupon away when they posted their code. Probably didn't see anything they wanted. That thing went fast cause I had the item in the cart, checked out and then the amount changed on me. When I re-entered the code I was told it was used already.

Near as I can tell, I own everything Criterion has put out on Blu-ray prior to 2012, any nothing since (except "The Last Temptation of Christ"). If I count correctly, and I probably didn't, I'll have to buy 32 titles by the end of the sale to have a full collection again. Probably not going to happen.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2
After being a member for seven years I decided to let my membership
expire in April and not renew it. I have two questions:
(1) Can a person go into a B&N pay cash to renew your membership card
and go back in like in three weeks and cancel it for a full refund? Anyone
know from recent/current experience what the policy/rules are?
(2) Can a non-member use the "mystery" coupon or are they members only?
Thanks in advance for any info/insights. Very much appreciated.

On your second question the surprise or mystery coupons are for both members and non-members. You just need to be signed up for B&N special offers to receive a valid coupon.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2
I have 6 Criterions Blu-rays in my cart with 2 showing as free. So, I guess I'll leave them there and take a shot at 12am EST and if the Criterion sale isn't live, but still B2G3 is going, I'll check back in at 2am and 3amEST

hariseldon, I like the way you think.
Can't wait for this sale.
I can't seem to find the $25 BN egift card though with the free trial. Or are you saying buy a $25 gift card, and use it on the membership to get the $10 from e bates?

Sale might go live soon. They just put up the 50% Criterion sale banner, but prices have not changed yet.
