Don't think so what? It's happened before. With the Charles Dickens set. Cancelled, refunded, and shipped for free. I didn't think it'd happen again, but I also don't think one of our members would lie about receiving the set. It could've been a single fluke, but who knows, we might all get lucky!

When was the expected shipping date? I thought it was back before Thanksgiving. With the Dickens Set, I thought all the surprise shipments went out on about the originally listed shipping date.

The street date for the set was 11/22. Thanksgiving plus a bunch of unexpected orders/backorder... I'd say it's possible things would be arriving about now...

Somebody over at cheap-ass gamer said he got a shipping confirmation email, saying it shipped on the 9th. Those who have gotten theirs, have they just appeared in your mailbox, or have you gotten the email too?

I received my set, I paid by bill-me-later and I did not receive an email confirmation.

I would feel more optomistic about my chances if someone who got it paid by credit card instead of BML.

Haven't been charged yet, only ordered 1. I try to not be greedy on these things so everyone has a chance.

if you used paypal since this was a presale..overstock loses seller protection.
since its not shipped in a timely manner.you will win the dispute easy if they did not refund

I agree with you at first, but when i thinking about it, it doesn't matter how you pay it. As long as the order shows the mispriced priced ($6), it doesn't matter what method you used for payment. It's not like if you ordered via BML and you gonna get it. The amount you pay later via BML is still $6 (assuming the order wasn't cancelled etc...).

Anyway, the deal has been "upgraded." It was mispriced, then order was cancelled, after that, amount was credited back... So, now, for the people actually got the set, it's really FREE plus a $5 credit!

I got my paypal refund. Just filed on the site once I got the dreaded "we are not going to give it up that cheap punk" email. Got no refund, so I just started a claim with paypal and it was resolved quickly. I was just wondering if people that paid with paypal, and got refunds, actually recieved a set or not. It would be nice present from the internet jesus.
