Mark, thanks for adding CC's Dazed and Confused.
Why the site is so slow on adding CC's title?

I can't seem to get the free Media Mail option to work. I live in NYC and before the switch over to DVD Planet...it was fine. Is this a glitch?

This is what I wrote is post #109 of this thread for another person with the same problem:
To fix it, I edited my account information to set "US" as the country in my address (before that, the country line was blank). Hope that works for you.

I don't know why DVDPlanet is making it more difficult for people to place orders ...

Unfortunately no. Bill Me Later will not support sites that sell adult product.

Our site is keyed to the Muze database. They were slow to add the title which caused it not to appear. They update weekly and it was in the update after I alerted them of the missing title.

Hey Mark,

What's up with Viridiana CC? It's listed as sold out for over a week, and it's not even supposed to be released. You guys are realy slacking off over there! Same thing was happening with The Passenger before it was released. You guys are loosing sales on these fairly big titles if you ask me. I'm buying Viridiana from Amazon.

Thanks for the feedback. I updated the street date on Viridiana and it lists the street date now instead of out of stock.

I tried this and the list that comes up is the same as before. Ive been adding to the dvdplanet list since the merge, is it possible that would overwrite the old digitaleyes list?

Mark

Also interested when BD and or HD-DVD will appear on DVD PLANET - ? has been asked a few times by different people and still has not been answered.

I notice AMAZON has low prices and a super 10% discount for a year - will you come up with something similar?

TIA!!

Mark,

I sent out some used dvds on May 8, and I haven't heard anything back yet. Is there a delay in processing them?

I posted about my experience over in the Store forum. It took about 4 weeks, and I didn't receive an email or anything, just found the credit in my account.

Mark, first off... congrats on the merger and new website.

Secondly, I wanted to comment on the QuoteMachine used dvd service. I've recently punched up a quote and sent them out, took a while for the reply, but most disappointed was that I found out that 90% of my dvds were refused. Most if not all my used dvds are in *mint* condition when sent to Digitaleyes/DVDplanet. I've done many QuoteMachine transactions prior to the merger and have had zero problems. I also have 800+ 100% feedbacks on eBay. Prior discs have been in worse conditions and we're problably talking about "up-to-the-face" hairline scratches to none. Used discs... will be used discs... and cannot be evaluated as new. Have your standards changed since your merger? Or are you using a more stringent selection process? (since both companies probably have more used discs than desired)

This should actually go in the store forum, as there's a thread there about this over there, but I'll post my experience as well since you may not check that forum.

I sent in about a hundred items in April. Like most of you, I keep my discs in pristine condition, but some of these were bought used, so those had small smudes and such. After about 4 weeks, I had a large amount of credit in my account, but not what the QuoteMachine had stated. The day before yesterday, I got a package with the refused discs back from UPS. They only refused 8 items.
