I still cannot find Red Dwarf Series 8 or Munich on the site and they come out in 1-2 weeks. I have given up and am ordering them from Amazon. I hope this problem does not continue......

Here's one: can anyone find HEROIN BUSTERS on dvdplanet's site? It's the only title I need to complete my pending order...but I'll be damned if I can find it on their site, even though I know it was there a few days ago (prior to payday, grrr) no problems finding BIG RACKET and STREET LAW, but this one seems to have vanished into the gloaming...I tried going through dvdpricesearch and bargainflix, I tried substituting HB's catalog number in the place of BR's...all to no avail. I even emailed Mark!!
Thanks
-----------------------------------
EDIT: Strange indeed...I went ahead and called their 1-800 number...the fellow I spoke with was helpful---after hearing me try to explain the situation he looked up the title, and he said that for some reason this title (Heroin Busters) had been removed from their website, even though they have it 'on file' in their database---he was able to find it, but said it's not listed online for some reason---and he has to send a request to 'upper management' to have it added back, so that it can be ordered by the masses...
I don't mind waiting, but this is a bit frustrating. I've had nothing but stellar service from digitaleyes, and they will get my business this time round...especially since I still have a $20 credit I'm wanting to use.
So now my question is basically, "Huh?" That's a brand new release, streeting today, even if it is a bit of a niche title...I can only wonder if they are having more serious problems with their search engine (or whatever) than they expected to encounter. Here's to hoping they are able to work out the kinks before they lose some of their customer base.
Thanks

This is an example of why I do business with these folks...

Mark got in touch with me and explained that there was a UPC mismatch. I wasn't insane after all!
So now I'm good to go. Many thanks again, Mr. Harrill.

So I got an urge to buy a few DVDs last night and unfortunately, the April coupons had just expired. So Mark, are there any new May coupons that you would be so kind to provide to us here? I tried MAY2006, but it didn't work at the time....
Thanks . It is excellent to see the store's participation in the forum....

Is anyone else having this problem :
In my cart, before I go to checkout I chose free media mail.
Then I click the checkout button.
I enter my e-mail address & password.
When I get to the checkout screen it adds $8.75 to my total and next to that charge it says 'international postage'.
Then to the left where it says shipping options, it only gives me the option to choose the 2 different types of international postage.
By the way, my shipping address is in the U.S.

I wouldve liked to keep the digitaleyes name instead of dvdplanet, since it was one of the few online stores without dvd in the title. (And that'd be easier to explain on my credit card bill.)

Wish list I have edited in old DE web site
Hi,Mark
When will new Planet restore my wish list which I have edited in old DE web site?
I have asked Customer Service to do that again and again by e-mail since merger
was completed.
But there is NO REPLY from you about that matter yet.
Do I have to re-edit my wish list in New Planet web site again?

We restored the wishlist from both sites and they should be present if you login to the site. There were a few accounts that did not restore from the database for some reason.

The present wish list I can find in my account on new Planet web site is
that I edited in old Planet web site.
I have an account with both old DE and old Planet, and it is old DE that
I used mainly.
Therefore the wish list which I ask new Planet to restore is
that I edited in old DE web site. Not edited in old Planet web site.

Greetings, Mark!
I already have an hd dvd player. I've stopped buying regular dvds and will buy only hd dvds from here on in. Is there any chance that you will be offering hd dvd titles soon?
I am looking forward to ordering from you if you are!
