Is there a link to a FAQ about used discs on the digitaleyes website? I've emailed a few times and never heard back - specifically wanting to know if a disc has a small rental sticker on it, would it be rejected (if its otherwise mint)? Also, would holepunched or "promotional" barcodes be cause for rejection?

Is anybody else having problems with the Digital Eyes website? I've been trying to place an order since Monday afternoon, and everytime I have my completed order in my cart and click on checkout, I bring up an error page. I've called their customer service and they don't seem to know what's going on (also tried placing the order on my wife's computer and got the same error page, by the way, so the problem seems to be on their end)...

Can you send me a copy of the error? What is in your cart? We have orders coming through so it may be isolated to your account or the items in your cart. Please e-mail me at [email protected] and I will help you out.

We cannot accept DVDs with rental stickers on them. We prefer not to receive promotional items since they are not supposed to be sold.
