I'm pretty happy with the condition of the DVDs. The Criterions in particular, as well as niche titles like Boccaccio 70 and Howards End, are in pristine condition--no scratches (just some lint and the occasional fingerprint), inserts like new, etc.
My copy of The Stunt Man: Limited Edition had slightly torn cover art. I emailed them about it and they said that I can either return it for a refund or get a $1 credit. I think the latter option is just insulting, so I think I'm just going to keep the torn copy.
I do know that I won't be ordering any DVDs with cardboard packaging from them anymore as those invariably are in pretty bad shape. My copy of Reno 911!: Season 2 has a small but deep groove down the center of the outer case. My copy of The Corner is also pretty scuffed. Pretty annoying.
Given what others are reporting, I feel pretty lucky so far though. I'll update this post or create another after I check out the remaining three packages.

Anyone have any Dec 6th preorders placed from this sale ship? I have 3 seperate items for release, none of which appear to be in stock (although Spun has all of them).
Be interesting to see if I get any of them.

Check your credit cards! They charged me $183 for my Batman: Animated Series pre-order, which was the whole amount of my bill. That's a roughly $150 overcharge.

Ran: CC and my Disney Tins still say "In Process." They just outright cancelled Le Samourai: CC on me with the explanation that they just don't carry it? What? It's on your site, numnuts.
