It took them 9 days to process mine--and I live in CA. I sent my used dvds on Sept. 26th and was credited on Oct. 3--a day after the 33% code had ended for new dvds, so I bought a used dvd instead in order to get the 33% discount.

If anyone used delivery confirmation, can you tell me what city/zip it states it was sent to? Mine says LONG BEACH 90802 (which is nearby), even though the address for Wherehouse is CARSON 90810.

I'm pretty worried that USPS has lost my shipment now =T
I live probably about 15 miles from their wherehouse in Carson and they've yet to credit me as well. My package arrived last Saturday. Don't worry, as my dc# shows Long Beach as well. I think Carson is in Long Beach County.
I'm guessing they're just very busy with so many incoming packages. I hope I get my credit soon, though.

Well, I got part of my orders! If you did not read earlier, My order was placed on the wrong card and they refused to cancel the order. Well I order again with the right CC only a few minutes later. I ordered 2 Sets each of Roswell and Popular. Only planning to keep one order and send the other back. Well today I got the Roswells from each order and no Popular. Why the heck do they seperate the orders? I just dont get it...

I e-mailed them and they said it takes 24 hours from when they get it to when they process it. That's obviously BS.

I'll be really ticked off if they hold my credit until after the 13th.

yea its obviously way more than 24 hrs.

ajn and noname, just thought i'd give you some info i got from the post office.

i called the 90802 post office, and they confirmed that they did indeed receive my package on saturday morning. even though it says "delivered", it merely indicates that the package was received at the post office, not at the wherehouse warehouse. thats why it says 90802 instead of 90810 (and the post office does not deliver that early either). apparently if there are a large number of items going to one location (such as wherehouse), they will send it out all in one truckload, and the rep i talked to at usps told me that this truck delivered all these packages on Monday. so hopefully we get our credit real soon.

ironxman, thanks for the info and the update. It's good to know that the packages have indeed been delivered to the right place. However, it still doesn't explain for the delay since most orders are said to be processed within 24 hours. I, will of course, post any updates on the credit situation. Thanks again.

Both of mine came yesterday as well. This was my first order placed with Wherehouse and I was impressed.

Got my three used Disney DVD's yesterday also. Great condition, and the 2-disc collector's edition of Dinosaur looks awesome (even though I know it's no classic movie). Now if I can just figure out how to get the labels they place over the UPC's off, I'd be real happy. Their red "used' stickers peel off fine, but the real wherehouse labels peel off terribly.

I sent in a couple of packages for credit that should arrive today, so hopefully I can squeeze a couple of more orders in with the discount if they process my credit fast enough.

Does anyone know if wherehouse does this sale a lot or anything like it? I'd like to send some stuff in for credit, but I'd like to get some stuff on sale too. Any ideas?

I got shipping confirmation early this morning for my Spun order (Veronica Mars/Soap), a good 3-4 days before the street date. Very nice!

I had CDs ordered at Spun that were backordered. They just shipped! With 33% off they were great prices that were like 1/2 off what I can buy the items for online. $43 instead of like $80 anywhere else. What a deal.

Mine was 24hrs. So it is possible, maybe I was in the minority though...

just a heads up for those with credit or those soon to be credited, I spotted Knife in the Water Criterion new for $23.96. That's even cheaper than dvdplanet's price. With the free shipping code (ship12tp), it's a good title to burn your credit with. Just don't blame me if wherehouse chooses not to honor these orders, which I hope won't be happening.

constanza- no, the code was never supposed to be eligible on at spun.com
