Crap! The new DV2 catalog has this at 50% off so I thought for $9.99 I'd go ahead and order it because a SE of the movie is taking forever. Then I see this price...I hate buying DVD's, I can't even get my order in the mail before a better price is posted! I'll just have to go to my happy place and think of the good deals I may get in the future...

Used the HDX code - which still works btw - and picked up Pink Floyd: The Wall and Apocalypse Now. Both have been on my wish list, but I've been too cheap to spring for them.

Anyone been able to get the Sign up a friend and get Get 2 FREE DVDs feature to work? It times out my session and when I click to start a new session, I'm simply redirected to the homepage.

Here are the details I see when I enter the HDX code:

It's true. Choose 2 DVDs for $4.98 each, with free shipping! All you need to do is buy [ServletException in:/WEB-INF/jsp/qjr/components/leaf/membership_details/body.jsp] Cannot find bean offer.commit in any scope'

I have in my notes that the original HDX offer was:

- Buy 1 DVD at $9.95
- Get another DVD FREE
- Purchase one more DVD (no minimum price) within 1 year to complete your agreement

The details that I posted above for the current HDX offer are essentially the same as the original "buy 1 at $9.95 / get 1 Free", but it doesn't indicate what the fulfillment requirement is. Does your account indicate what this is?

I get the same error messsage on the club details but if you go ahead and pick two dvd's then the next page will list the club offer details. And I see the Annual access fee will be charged at the end of the year, not on your anniversary enrollment date...

Also Spiderman 2 for $14.98 (one week only)... or at least it was a minute ago. The deal isn't working right yet; the front page shows the sale price, but I get a "website down" error message when I try to add it to my cart. Should be working in the morning.

Actually if you click on the title, it changes the price to $8.22, which belongs to DV2's regular 3 for $25 sale. Of all the recent today's deals, this is most redicules deal DV2 has put up, it should've been $5.95 or $6.95 if they wanted to call it a deal.

I didn't even try to add it to my cart, since it didn't seem like much of a bargain at all. I was more excited about the Spiderman price.

How long does it take to get a confirmation e-mail once you sign up? I registered yesterday morning and haven't gotten anything regarding my sign-up order or information about the "club."

It took a few days for my confirmation.

That's too bad because I wanted to buy some of the DVDs that are on sale now. I guess I'll just have to be patient.
