Ollie's Worcestor, very disorganized, nothing new, but one lone copy of the Luke Cage Omnibus sealed.

Yeah, it looks like many stores got a small restock around the holidays. Not much new stuff outside of a few Epics but saw the Dr. Strange Vol. 3 omnibus again. Problem there Vol. 2 is out of print and goes for big bucks. Many of the omnibuses showing up at Ollie's are available at Book Outlet for just a little more.

Re: Ollie's Bargain Outlet

Went to Ollies Worcestor, they had four or five watchmen box sets. I was surprised. They had a bunch of copies of Harley Quinn: 30 Yars of the Maid of Mischief. Justice League Rebirth Vol 3. A ton of the Batman: The Bat and the Cat 80 years of Romance. I already had the Watchman, was hoping for a Justice League Absolute or John Byrne Fourth World or She Hulk by Peter David.

I did find a 1/32 scale model of the Galileo Shuttle for $25. Don't know if I'll ever build it, but it was an impulse buy.

Had to use the 15% coupon.

Re: Ollie's Bargain Outlet

I came across one store that must have had about 13 copies of Absolute Justice League: Origins. Beautiful art but the story isn't that great, Johns and/or Lee were phoning in the writing on that Justice League reboot.

I'd pick it up. I feel the same way about Johns and Lee phoning it in, but I'm in anyway.

Re: Ollie's Bargain Outlet

There was one copy of the Absolute JL:O at my Ollies the other day. I had a 15% off coupon and then another 10% cash back on my credit card for Ollies so I ended up getting it for around 19 bucks. I couldn't remember if I owned it in the past and got rid of it so I went ahead and nabbed it. For $19 + tax, I figured it was worth the chance if I hate it or hated it before and forgot.

Re: Ollie's Bargain Outlet

I found the Excalibur Vol 2 omnibus at my Ollies the other day. I almost passed on it cause I don't want to have to track down the first volume, but I have most of the issues that Vol 1 covers in one of my boxes. But that was the first one that I have seen at my store and now I am afraid that I am going to want to start picking up other omnibuses.

Re: Ollie's Bargain Outlet

I finally found the Absolute Justice League. I missed it twice, and went back to the graphic novel section and found 4-5 copies. Excalibur would be a great find!

this week's flyer has marvel and dc comics packs for $5.99, maybe some new graphic novels will show up.

I saw some new things this past week. A few trades and a couple "deluxe" hardcovers. Nothing I thought was super essential but there were a couple Batbooks in there. Pricing on Marvel stuff isn't quite as cheap as the DC stuff at Ollie's.

I was in Ollie's yesterday and saw the Wakanda: World of Black Panther omnibus for 34.99. Oddly, it wasn't with the other Graphic Novels, it was in the Teen section.

Picked up the Scott Pilgrim color boxed set of hardcovers for $49.99. Goes on amazon for $154 and retails for $250. It's probably a really nice set, it was a blind buy for me and I hadn't found anything good at Ollie's in a while.

That seems like a hot item at Ollie's.

Stores seem to be trickling out a few new DC trades and hardcovers every other week. They also got in new 5 packs of back issues which seem to give decent value. Just today I picked one up with Super Sons #1 and one of the Supergirl issues featuring a Michael Turner cover.

My Ollie's has a large stack of these in both the Color and the B&W sets. I have never read SP before, so I didn't pick it up. Love the live action movie but just don't need something else I may read once and then have to sell, even if I did profit on it. It is a great price on it, especially if you use the 15% coupon.

What is the opinion on SP here. Worth reading and picking up? Obviously, the price is right.

Saw this in there as well for 4 bucks. Seems weird for a graphic novel but whatever...

Re: Ollie's Bargain Outlet

Some of the Eagle Moss DC hardcovers popped up at an Ollies I visited. These are UK editions, some of which weren't released over here in quite the same configuration. Saw Batman & Robin Eternal and Bruce Wayne: Murderer hardcovers for $9.99. Shorter than the corresponding omnibuses released here but good values.

If you are curious about it then this would be the best time to pick it up.The individual B&W paperbacks are between $9-$12 and the individual color versions are $15-$20. That box set retails at non Ollies stores at closer to $150-$200. So the Ollies price is a ridiculously good deal. I had bought the original black and white paperback editions as they were being released, and only got the first colorized hardcover when it was released, so it made sense to me to grab the big box instead of picking up the rest of the color books due to that being a cheaper option.

I saw them being put out on the shelf a couple weeks back. They had 5-6 copies of each one. Most were gone the next week.

Reports of a new wave hitting some stores, including a couple early Marvel Masterworks such as Amazing Spiderman and Fantastic Four. Some new DC hardcovers, including Rebirth era Superman (likely cleaning out warehouses now that Jurgens' run is an omnibus) and Batman.

Re: Ollie's Bargain Outlet

I saw Marvel Masterworks Fantastic Four (second volume issues 11-20). I hadn't heard of Spider-man masterworks showing up. Where are yo seeing this? I've looked on reddit and the blu ray forum.
I have not seen the Peter David She Hulk Omnibus, or New Warriors 2 Omnibus, Absolute Infinite Crisis, which have been reported.
Big news for me is that the Graphitti Designs Ronin Gallery edition of original art scans has shown up at Ollie's for $49.99.

I'm hoping the other Gallery Editions that have been on sale at Hamilton Books show up. Those being, in addition to Ronin, Girl Power by Conner, Sam Keith Batman Secrets, and Sandman

I saw the Amazing Spidey MM with my own eyes. They had about 10 copies. I've seen no omnibuses, though they always sell out quickly.

Now that the line is discontinued, Marvel must have dumped all their MM backstock. I just saw one lone Captain America MM at HomeGoods.

Oh no. Another place I must stop. I still go into HomeSense after picking up the Black Widow Omni there. At least Homegoods, while still a TJX store, seems to have more locations than Homesense and a MM might have a pretty quick timeline to getting to clearance.

Guy on Reddit posted Amanda Conner's Girl Power Gallery Edition for $34.99.

I went to two Ollie's today and only saw Batman Catwoman Black Label, Suicide Squad Blaze Black Label and Batman the Detective HC. Something called the Marvel Oracle Deck and a little book of Batman Covers.
