My first thought was Valentino, but then I figured with him being the publisher for so many years people would go for him, so I thought Portacio would be a better obscure one.

Dammit, really? He was the quintessential example of the character who had a noble sacrifice that actually meant something because he stayed dead for over 20 years without the usual comics quicky resurrection. And then they had to go resurrect him and ruin it. And he's more boring than Wally. That's what I get for being a Flash fan.

Which is kind of ironic because one could argue that killing Jason Todd based on a fan vote was pretty damn sleazy stunt.

I have no idea what's going on in this question apart from "name an X-man".

Re: Comic/Super-Hero Sheep NOW!

Did Nate Grey ever actually join a team? I don't remember him on one.

EDIT: Nevermind. I think I remember him breifly joining the X-Men proper once.

Ditto. I just remembered from X-Men: TAS that Bishop was from the future.

I've been doing some Wikipedia-ing and came across this:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alterna..._James_Howlett

It looks like there is an alternate Wolverine (known as Howlett) in the new X-treme X-Men series.

That's who I was thinking about but I got his name wrong and put down somebody else.

All of my knowledge in this game comes from Comic Book movies, X-Men:TAS and Marvel Cards.

I actually have read stuff recently and it hurts my head. Stick to Robert Kirkman's Stuff. It is great.

But despite being led by 616's Dazzler, do they qualify as a 616 team? They appear to be dimension hoppers (in the realm of Exiles, who I wouldn't qualify as a 616 team either)

Only in comics does a statement like that make any sense.

Death is a revolving door in comics.

"The only people who stay dead in comics are Uncle Ben, Bucky, and Jason Todd." - famous quote

Except two of those three are alive again...

Challenge - Longshot is from an alternate dimension within the current 616 timeline. He is not from an alternate timeline or from the future.

Yes, I was one of 4 people reading X-Factor at the time she was on the team.

There were also some other former XSE guys on the team whose names I couldn't remember for the life of me, so I'm glad Shard was obscure enough.

I'm just hoping I'm not the only one who didn't see the word "Marvel".
