Dark Horse has a Manga Month sale; 146 titles at up to 50% off.

Avatar has a big horror bundle; 126 books for $70, 71% off. But it looks like there is a bug in showing how how much you own of a bundle. It showed me owning only 6, so I almost clicked 'buy'. 120 books of my favorite genre for $70 is too good to resist. But now that I look thru the pages of titles, I own at least half of it already. And in checking other bundles, the same glitch exists.

If you have Marvel Unlimited, this month's deal is 50% off the current Thor run (Issues #1-5 and the Annual). Use the code MemberMar at checkout.
Remember, this can only be redeemed through the Marvel storefront, not Comixology's (Even though they're basically the exact same thing).

DC is having a sale on iZombie, just in time for the TV series (which is starting Tuesday).
All 28 issues of the series are 99 cents each. The sale ends on 3/23
https://www.comixology.com/iZombie-Sale/page/5782
I was sorta interested in the series, but I held off because I figured they would have a tie in sale with the show. Looks like that paid off.

I wish Comixology worked like Kindle, where you could loan books.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)
Yeah, the 4 volumes make up the entire series. (And Vol 2 also includes a bonus story from House of Mystery Annual #2 in which some iZombie characters appear)
I haven't read it yet (well I read just issue 1) so I don't have much of a recommendation. I'll try to read it tonight and post my thoughts tomorrow, since the sale goes until next Monday anyway.

Also, if you don't mind Bob, while you're reading could you confirm that issue 18 isn't left out? I'm sure it's just a typo in the collection descriptions, but you ever know. The description appears wrong on which collection(s) contain issue 6 as well, making my page count test difficult. Also, any bonus material besides that HOM story?

EDIT:
I did a little research. In the physical copies, Issue 18 is in Volume 3. So if the digital versions directly mirror the physical ones (as they should) that's where Issue 18 is.

Thanks Bob! I was going to read some reviews and probably go the collection route for a change; but I'll definitely wait for your review.
And where are you in our reading Challenges? This iZombie would count this month.

Sorry, I got home and fell asleep while reading iZombie.
...That's not a reflection on the quality of the book, it has more to do with my strange insomniac like tendencies catching up with me.
I'll read it this afternoon after work and post my thoughts.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)
Okay...so it's taking me a lot longer to get through these 28 issues than I expected, but here's how I feel so far (I'm about half way through).
iZombie is a pretty quirky comic, but then again a comic about a zombie gravedigger who tries to resolve issues for the dead people whose brains she eats couldn't really be anything but quirky.
So far, the book is giving me Buffy vibes. The book is pretty comedic (sometimes darkly, sometimes goofily) but it does a good job of mixing in suspense and some serious conflict when the story calls for it. The overarching mystery surrounding the main character, who she is, and what she actually is (as it seems she might not know everything there is to know about being a zombie after all) is really interesting.
The book also attempts to build a pretty large mythology and works to create a origin for all the types of monsters (Be it zombies, vampires, ghosts, werewolves, etc) and tie them into a singular cause. Also, they throw in a romantic subplot and you've got pretty much all your bases covered.
I get a feeling that the show (which I haven't seen yet) will be a pretty big departure from the comic. For one, from what I've heard, the show amplifies the procedural 'righting the wrongs of the dead' thing. In the comic it's certainly driving the story, but it pretty much becomes the backdrop for everything else. By issue 10 ish, she's only in the middle of her second case. Her "missions" are what lead her into the character moments and mythology building that helps to flesh out the story.
Secondly, the show removes all other monster types aside from zombies. In the comic, her monster friends play a pretty large role in the story.
Overall, I'm liking the book quite a lot. I'd recommend it.
If anyone has any questions about it, let me know.
Note: After I finish the series, I'll come back and post my final thoughts.
