That's a great price on the Fables books. Vol 19 just came out last week.
How do comics on the Kindle Apps compare to Comixology?

The 3.99 titles on amazon seem kinda random. Thanks for the heads up, I picked up the two latest volumes of Fables and the Fables werewolves side story. But there's also stuff like Hawkeye v. 1, war of the green lanterns, final crisis, supergirl and batgirl volumes 2 (but not volume 1), saga volume 1 and 2' and a lot more. Any way to easily see everything that's on sale?

I see that Fables, Vol. 6: Homelands has also dropped to $3.99

The best place to find Kindle bargains is eReaderIQ. Look under Price Drops. Then narrow it down using the options on the sidebar.

Thanks for the heads up on Batgirl 2. I got the first one a few months back for something like $3.13 on Amazon.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

The last four sales all end tonight. No new sales today.

A new freebie today, Diary of a Wimpy Kid #1, perhaps because the novel is also free today as part of Apple's 12 Days of Christmas.

Of interest to perhaps only me is that DC has not released their normally weekly digital preview freebie for two weeks now.

Today starts two three day sales of questionable savings. The first is from Fantagraphics on three collections by creator Jason; fairly low page count titles for $5 and $10. The other is from Achaia on some game-related book called Hawken: Genesis for $5.

Aren't the web comic series for Batman Beyond usually a buck a piece anyway?

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

I think this is the digital version of the print edition. The print edition includes four of the original versions, I believe.

That sounds confusing.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

There is a Comixology deal of the day on The Warriors official movie adaptation for $2.99 with promo code WARRIORS. Yes, I'm very tempted to pick this up out of possibly misguided nostalgic love for the movie...

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

And from Dynamite we get a four day sale on Garth Ennis' series The Boys.

I'm not sure how the logistics work as far as if everything is included in each collection/omni, but you have three avenues of completing the series.

84 individual issues for 99 cents each.

Three omnibi for $18, $23, and $24.

10 of the 11 collections for $85 total, collection 5 may be missing?

It looks like now they have a bundle for all the issues of the series and mini-series for $70. And I think they've put all the collections on there now.
