Thanks, but I'm a little confused-if you meant QPB.com, I didn't see it there, but what is OPB.com, i'm confused.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong; I've searched by author, title & keyword and can't find any HP books.

Hmmm, I just searched by title for Harry Potter & came up with 10 matches.

Item Number: 012602 is a set of the first four books

Item Number: 140729 is just Sorcerer's Stone
Item Number: 140711 is just Chamber of Secrets
Item Number: 340713 is just Prisoner of Azkaban
Item Number: 740733 is just Goblet of Fire

Maybe you'll be ale to pull them up by product ID.

Thanks to everyone who looked for Harry Potter- I joined QPB and plan on picking them up soon.

I also think that the history book club is a bargain-they even have some non-history books as well!

Are the Harry Potter books no longer available as enrollment choices? Tried searching for the item numbers listed above, and it came up as not having the titles at all.

They haven't been available for a few months now-the item numbers only work for members-you could use them as fullfillments, I joined a month or 2 ago and they just sent be a b1g1F deal which would make these books pretty cheap.

I just went through two historybookclub.com accounts. Each account got me four books and the green tote bag for $16.06 with no obligation to buy more. They shipped an incorrect book in an enrollment order, but quickly sent me the correct book. Overall, they had quick shipping, pretty good selection, great customer service, and an easy to use web site.

I got an email today saying sfbc is having two deals. One is pay 24.95 or more and shipping is free, the other is if you select bill me you dont have to pay until March of 07.

And do any of the book clubs have any of the hard case crimes? I know they have their own club, but any from qpb or sfbc?

If I join SFBC what sort of fufulment deals can I expect? For example, BMG music frequently has buy one get x free (I've seen up four free). Just wondering what is typical of SFBC.

I've been a member for awhile and the deals they usually have are Buy 2 get the 3rd free, Buy 3 get 2 free, 30% off all books and 50% off all books after buying 1 book at full price.

Thanks for the info. So it appears that buy 3 get 2 is the best deal for fulfillment as the three books purchased at full price would count toward your purchase obligation but the 30% or 50% off books in the other deals would not.

Actually any purchase counts towards fulfillment regardless of discount.

Well I went ahead and joined and asked the online CSR the same question and was informed fulfillment selections had to be full price... in other words, their CSR lied. Once I got the enrollment package I found out that their magazine states that books must have a purchase price over $9.98 after discounts, to count toward your membership commitment. Fair enough. I'm not sure why they don't want to tell you that straight out...
Another strange thing was that I did an application for QPB around the same time and while SFBC accepted me and charged my card instantly I never heard anything from QPB. Weird.

Are there any active codes for enrollment to QPB now? 6 for 1$ each and 1 for 4.99$ with 1 more to buy isnt bad, but that 18$ shipping gets rid of a lot of the value.

Does the SFBC have a good selection of Graphic novels and hard or soft cover comicbook collectios? And if so are the collections altered in size?

Last I checked, the selection was mediocre, maybe 40 titles total. All regular editions AFAIK, same as you would buy in any store.

Is there a children's book club that is better than another? Never really thought about this before now.
