Re: Gruv.com (Universal store) sales
My order of The Ultimate Hitchcock set is doing a US tour on its way to my house.
On the 21st (Monday) it was picked up by UPS (Mail Innovations) in Memphis (where the USPS hub that services my town is located) and taken to Smyrna, TN (Just south of Nashville - ~250 miles in the opposite direction of my town - rather than being taken across town to the USPS distribution center), returned to Memphis and transferred to the USPS. Thursday, the 24th, it made it to my town who then *sent it to Chicago!* (~512 miles away) and is now in Philadelphia (~1100 miles away)! It was originally slated to be delivered today. It will *not* make it. That Philadelphia depot typically takes 2-4 days to get something out and it'll go *back* to Memphis (possibly going through yet another distribution center for a day or three) and then *hopefully* to me. I don't look for it until mid-week at the earliest.
I really don't know what's going on with the USPS but it's getting worse rather than better.

I've never had a package go wayward, so it's interesting when it happens to someone else. Sorry this happened to you. Hopefully it'll arrive in good shape.

Well... it actually arrived today, a full day earlier than the *earliest* I expected! And the box looked quite good (no wear/tear at all) considering the very long detour it took on its way to me.

Some good deals going on for Father's Day. Halloween Kills and Last Night in Soho UHDs are 13.99 before the 20% discount.
The Card Counter is $7.99.
The also started adding films from other studios. They have The Batman and Edge of Tomorrow UHDs available, amongst others. The Mad Max Anthology... $64 before discount.

Is the discount automatic or does it require a code?

Re: Gruv.com (Universal store) sales
I picked up the following UHDs (prices after coupon): Last Night in Soho (11.19), The Thing (9.59) and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (8.79)
I feel kind of bad because I ended up placing 3 different orders, hopefully they'll be smart enough to ship them together.

I noticed that GRUV is starting to carry some WB product. No great deals so far nor is there a great selection yet. Still something to watch for going forward.
Here is a link to new 4K releases which show a number of WB releases including The Batman, the 2 Robert Downey Sherlock Holmes films, Singin' In The Rain, Mad Max,The Suicide Squad , Zack Snyder’s Justice League and several others.

Re: Gruv.com (Universal store) sales
Was looking at an order, but I am guessing that even though they show 4k+blu+digital code that if the description only says 4k then that is all you are getting from them.

Re: Gruv.com (Universal store) sales
Whatever the UPC shows is usually what you get. For newer items it's pretty straightforward and there's only one version.
I guess for items a few years old it's possible like Warner they pare down the package though usually it the loss of digital and not a disc format

Re: Gruv.com (Universal store) sales
I figured something like that was going to happen.
Man...I've rebought the Hitchock films so many times... I will grab Volume 1 at that price and wait until next year for Volume 2.
I think Mr. Robot was the Prime Day price yesterday, but they changed it.
