The code has been giving people fits for several days now. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Often it will apply then appears to drop off near the payment/confirmation screen so double check your order totals all the way to the end. Nobody has
seemed to have it drop off after completion at least.

Others have signed out, loaded the cart and checked out as a guest without issues esp using a new email address so still has a workaround, but it's worrisome if
they are trying to phase it out or fix the glitch after nearly 2 years for the FIRST TIME USE code

Went the Guest route to check out soon after I experienced that. Yeah, message popped up on the Payments page

If checking out as a guest you need to use a different email address from the one you set up an account with. When checking out you still need to provide an email address.If you use your account email it recognizes it and asks you to sign in . I was able to use coupon with a different email.

When signed into my account I was able to enter the code and got the 20% off. However when I entered my credit card info and clicked for the final purchase it kicked me back to the order page with the discount removed and the message that the code was one use only and that I had used it.

I ordered Nope 4k for 27.99 plus the 20% discount two days ago. Yesterday Amazon dropped Nope 4k to 17.99. Damn it! Also, I had to use a different email as well as it invalidated the coupon on my main account.

If you check out as a guest and use an email previously used, the 20% off coupon will appear to be applied to the order, However when they email you the receipt the 20% off will be removed and you will be charged full price. You can email them to complain. They will offer
to send you a return label and a return authorization code for a full refund if they shipped your order and if you decide not to keep items.


Happy update. When I emailed back requesting to return my order they issued a 20% credit for the order. They also processed a return label in case I choose to still return the order. I will be keeping the order when I receive it. They also wrote the coupon has expired for me .

So I ordered the ZSJL 4K set last week and the tracking was showing it moving, but now it's gotten stuck somewhere in the western part of the state and USPS tracking says there's an issue with the address. I checked my receipt and it shows the right place, has anyone had this issue with GRUV?

Sounds like more of a post office issue than GRUV unless the label was damaged in transit.
Not specifically with GRUV, but just about every retailer I've had at least one package substantially delayed at some stage. Normally I don't even mess with them until they're at least 7 days and usually 2 weeks overdue unless
it was mailed Priority. I've had UPS Ground packages do the same from a few places, but I'd guess 3/4 + of the items I order come via USPS it's just more common (esp with 2019/2020+ era and the intentional internal sabotage of services)

many a time, the reason you see on the USPS site is not the real reason for the delay. I have had that status too. The package just sits in some collection facility. Eventually it will get routed and you will receive it unless the shipping label has been completely damaged. Last year same time I had a BB package not move at a facility for 2 months. BB issued a refund as a lost package. It showed up nearly 3 months after being shipped.

The blu rays for the latest seasons of The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow were showing as sold out and now are showing as available. I will stop updating . Check the site if you are interesting in buying these sets.

I think The Batman 4k was $13.99 and is now $9.99. $8 with coupon. If it's been on sale for $9.99 all the time, then my error. I think I would have ordered at that price especially with the coupon.
