I moved some of the posts specific to Revenge of the Creature / disc replacement to a thread under HD Talk. I'm always cool with that sort of conversation in these threads, so don't take that as any sort of Mod Finger Wagging; 'sjust when they get long and involved enough, those discussions are probably better off being moved to a home of their own.

I found a buy 2 get 1 free promotion on this item basically by accident:
I can not find a list or a link of what else qualifies for the promotion. I "chatted" with a CS rep in India & he knew less than I did.
Obviously, someone at Amazon messed up. Just on the off chance, does anyone hear know anything about this & where a link to a list of eligible items is sitting on the Amazon site?It's NOT under "deals"

Worked for me, though I didn't get a full 33% off because I couldn't find 3 items at the same price. My discount was really close to 25%; but all the items were either marked down, or the lowest price I could find on the net before the discount.
I ordered the Kit Parker Noir Vol 3 & 2 import cd/dvd combos from Wishbone Ash & Jack Bruce. If you've got the time, there's a ton of good stuff there. The Ida Lupino blu box was really tempting, but I have to pretend I'm living on a budget (because I am). I spent almost $70, which I hadn't planned on; but over 10% of that was sales tax.

I see quite a few Criterions and Shouts in the selection. Might work out to better pricing than the usual sales from their home sites, assuming one can find a mix with the maximum discount.

Despite the odd wording, it is actually a Buy 2 items at regular price then Get next item free (Buy 3 items, pay for the 2 more expensive item??) .
I've heard the semantic argument that B3G1F is correct, but I'll never get used to it. Logically it does make sense, but it still seems wrong, but as long as the price
at the end is correct I can live with it. Overall I think I'll just stick with Target if I find something else I didn't get with the first 2.

Can confirm it's basically Buy Two, Get One Free (presumably of lesser or equal value). You can also have multiples of three in your cart and it will subtract accordingly (i.e. six in the cart, two free). I basically went through the list, added everything of potential interest to my cart, then started "saving for later" by approximate price points (around $19.99, around $22.99, etc), then moving various bundles of three into the cart to see what's within the budget.
Incidentally, the deal as it appears on individual listing pages says "Get 3 For The Price of 2". Not sure if it was different earlier.

The good thing is that even if they give you Spiderman far from home for free they still take the coupon off so you get an additional $5 in savings.

Knew it was pressed and from Sony, which is why I ordered it, but I meant it would probably never get an Kino- or Shout-style SE version. Not saying it deserves one, but it’s the kind of holy grail schlock that would benefit from a commentary or an interview or two. These Sony MOD’s have nothing, not even menus on a couple I’ve bought so far. But hey, this is better than nothing, and the deal puts it a little closer to a fair price.

Just noticed Shout’s $25.99 CANDYMAN SE has a $6.02 coupon attached, which drops it to $19.97, and since it’s part of the Buy 2 deal, if you can find a couple of others in that price range, that makes it about $13+.
