Can this board's owners demand through legal channels that br.com stop doing that? (though I don't feel the prices are cheap enough to attract resellers; they are a great deal for consumers).

And how could anyone know if someone there didn't find it themselves and post? Or if it was just some random person who found it on ebay themselves.

I placed an order for 9 titles last weekend (based on this thread, of course), and even then a couple of titles were down to their last copies, and I think another might have sold out while I was still browsing. Surely this seller only had a finite supply. Based on their other listings -- which are eclectic and random to say the least, and include some damaged-box merchandise and stuff that looks like returns (maybe the ever-popular Amazon pallets?), I have to wonder if these discs were just another load of acquired "stuff" they unloaded rather than part of an ongoing supply. Hoping that's not the case, of course.

The Kinos pop up on eBay fairly regularly at discount from private sellers. It's been going on for at least 2-3 years.

Oh, I've been aware of that for a while. I just tend to randomly stumble across them (or see some posted as they were here) but I still wonder about the source. Surely Kino isn't supplying them directly to 'warehouse'-type resellers at prices drastically lower than their in-house sales? At the same time, I can't see a lot of these particular titles (for example) being unopened Amazon or store returns or whatever.

Took a while but I whittled an order down to $98. Had over $200 in the cart, but knew quite a few would be cheaper in future sales and they weren't really priorities. Hell, even the ones I did order will be cheaper down the road! I also had a bunch of $9.99 Scorpion titles but discovered several of them are on YouTube so will probably check those out there to see if they're worth owning in a future sale.

i got $35 worth and try as I might, couldn't get to $50, with 'Dakota' being the only one I really want. So staying this one out although $4.99 seems to be a new low starting price on this 'unsortable' wreck of a website
