For this low income person, I've really had to cut back since they raised the prices on the sale items along with inflation. Usually, around $6.99 is my "go for it " price on something I am on the fence on. I already have a huge collection, so most of what I would buy is either (hopefully!) an upgrade or a blind buy that I'm unfamiliar with. $9.99 is out of my price range in those categories.
