The pre-orders I want, -the Shout stuff mostly, -are not included. Dune 4K is, however.

Re: Target deals

There are two options for Dune 4K at Target. Both are $43.99. Does anyone know the difference? I'm aware of the different editions that will be released, but it's hard to tell which is which.

Re: Target deals

Thanks, JoeySeven! Yes, it’s expensive, but Buy 2 Get 1 makes it a little less painful.

Re: Target deals

I, too, was debating Dune when I saw it was eligible for the sale. Hopefully I won't mess up an order since someone did the work for us.

Some good deals on Target.com. I find a straight 20% off easier to deal with than their B2G1 Free sales.

Re: Target deals

^ I just read on another forum about Target not carrying a lot of Shout Factory and maybe also some other studios.

There's also a 10% off Target Giftcard offer for redcard holders today and tomorrow up to $500.

Re: Target deals

For anyone interested in The Green Knight (2021) on BD, there is a Target Circle offer for 15% off on top of the release week pricing ($19.99).

Re: Target deals

Black Friday is another buy 2 get 1 free sale. No prices are listed in ad. I guess not a surprise considering how little media they carry in store.
Sale begins Sunday 11/21/2021

Re: Target deals

It's been confirmed Target will have no media shippers for Black Friday. The sale mentioned above is the only media deal.

I think it's possible this is the last Christmas Target will have media in stores at all.

Re: Target deals

I have a Target Circle bonus offer to get a $20 reward with three $80 purchases. I already made two purchases (thanks to the last B2G1) and have until 11/22 to make the third. The thing is, for an online order, it doesn't count as a valid purchase until after everything ships. Does anyone know if I place an order on 11/21, but the items don't ship until after 11/22, would it still qualify as a valid purchase so I could get the bonus? Looking through the fine print, all I see is "A pre-ordered item is eligible if it is shipped during the offer period. Online, Same Day Delivery, Order Pickup and Drive Up purchases are eligible when the order is placed within the offer period." That would seem to imply that as long as the order is placed by 11/22 and doesn't have pre-orders it would count, but I was curious if anyone had first-hand experience with this.

I'm 90% sure it the order date that ends up counting or at least that;s how it worked for me last year. They language seems to indicate it won't count, but I'm not sure that's accurate.

I recently received a Target Circle offer for "$20 Off a (Qualifying) Purchase of $60" that was good until this weekend.

Surprisingly, it worked fine when I used it on Jungle Cruise (4K), Free Guy (4K) and a grocery item.

I was surprised that it allowed me to have a newly released 4K in the transaction!

Sort of -- only those items that are in-store or can be ordered as Instore pick up seem to actually work with the 20% unless they've updated the way the discount works in the last few hours.

I have a several dozen items on my Wish List/Favorites that have the 20% Label and not a single one of them actually qualify in the cart b/c they are almost all
Delivery Only items (a lot of the WAC, SOny and Universal Allied Vaughn MOD titles, some of the Shout titles that haven't been removed from the system, Columbia Classics
V2, etc.

Re: Target deals

My local Target barely has one small display and one shelf of DVDs and BDs left. A 20% promo on Target Circle is not even worth it.

Re: Target deals

I don't believe Target will even carry media within stores by next Christmas. Disney going full force with Disney+ pretty much gave Target the okay to abandon media.

Re: Target deals

And I've been shopping a lot less at Target for regular stuff as a result. Made lots of impulse buys in the movie section while buying food and stuff like that, but if they aren't going to have those anymore I might as well go elsewhere, like stores that have a better food selection.
