I saw that The Simpsons: The Complete Sixteenth Season is $24.99. You have to make sure you select to buy from Amazon though because for some reason for me the page defaults to a third party seller fulfilled by Amazon.

Is that the lowest the MAD MAX set has been? Thinking about picking up, but didn't know how frequently it's been at (or close to) this price.

Probably to match Best Buy's price this week.
Of course, so I will order from Best Buy.com (through ShopDiscover to get 5% cash back) and then pick it up in store when I go pick up my similar Lowe's online purchase (since they are next to each other where I am) and get it the same price (now that Amazon charges sales tax like Best Buy) but with more (that is some) cash back. |

Waiting for the Mad Max trilogy to hit 15 bucks.

The Rocky Heavyweight collection is the Deal of the Day at $22.99.
I got it for $19.50 a couple weeks back during the FoxConnect 50% off sale, but this is still a decent price. |

No one that comes these forums on any regular schedule should have missed the Foxconnect deal. It was in at least 2 separate sales for this price and will again. Unless you have to watch it now, I say ... run away. |

Will that 5% really cover the gas to get there? [In my case, I am disinclined to drive the 190 miles to get to the Best Buy (and Lowes) store nearest to my house. YMMV!]

Same thing with "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire". Blu-Ray.com says it's on sale for $13.00. You click on buy now and it takes you to Amazon. But it's $27.99. WTF!?
|
re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray
Yeah, I think Frozen thawed out about 30 minutes after I posted that deal, if not less. I think someone got them to match the Target price (it's $13 on their website right now), but Amazon pulled back.

re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray
Planet Earth Special Edition $31.99, lowest it has ever been.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...uct_refresh_T1 And this one doesn't drop often, the last time this dropped under $40 was last August. I've been waiting for a price drop. The series is about 9 hours with about 7 hours of extras, not including the commentaries. |
re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray
MGM Best Of's, three of them $39.99 each (9 films each):
