This. Amazon's CS would easily refund the shipping since that's what you agreed on when you hit submit. The tax thing sucks, but it's not their fault and I'm sure that since you actually were charged for it when the taxes were required, then Amazon had no choice. Simple solution. Calm down.

Some of your problems with BBY seem to be legitimate, but this one is easily solved.

The big set is an abomination to bluray technology at ANY price (the UK region free set can be had for about $70 shipped right now). the quality of the discs (or the lackthereof) has been discussed to death on various forums and unless you need your media with JUST a blu ray tag to it, do not purchase the set - send Universal a strong message.

I got it for that price earlier this month. The movies all shrink-wrapped with slipcovers, but they're taped together.

Agreed. I picked that 3-pack up a few months back and 2001 looks incredible. I thought I'd have it on in the background while doing work the first time I popped it in? Nope. Sat and watched the whole thing. Never seen it like that before.
