Black Dynamite is now $7.99 on amazon, which is the lowest they've ever had it. For what it's worth, they seem to be price-matching BB again. I had a BB RZ cert and promo code to use and went with them this time for Black Dynamite and Blade Runner 30th anniversary edition that's dropped to $14.99.

Excellent price drop. It's been over $30 and usually closer to $40 ever since it came out so I'm leaping at this one. This will be my first season purchased on Blu-ray so I'm excited. Thank you for posting this bargain! FYI to others looking at it, you have to click the "New" options to see the $19.98 listing (Prime eligible, to boot!) instead of the main, higher listing.

<= $20 is an expected price after a year or two on any Simpsons season on BD, and it's the price where I'll consider buying it, but I'm more inclined to wait for $15. The last Simpsons BD seasons I got were at BB when they had the $10 off $50 or $25 off $100 GC offer last year. This year they sent back ALL of their Simpsons BDs the day before I tried to do a similar deal (and would've paid $29.99 before GC).

So I'd say... I'll just go to BB (since I now have a couple GCs from some video game trade in MM deals) and PM this, except good old BB no longer sells Simpsons BDs at any store, so I'd have to call up BB.com for a PM. So while I'd normally wait for another $10 off $50 or $25 off $100 GC deal, the fact B&M stores don't carry much inventory any more makes it debatable whether to jump on the Amazon deal. (And Simpsons seasons on BD are always a good candidate for Amazon BF lightning deals.)

I'd say it's a great deal. Looking at the other blu-ray sets, they've never dropped this low before (though they've gotten close), so I'm not sure how likely a $15 pricepoint is soon. Who are they price matching, btw?

Looking at the Amazon price chart, S13 and S20 have each been as low as $18.49 (albeit briefly). S14 has never been below $22.49 at Amazon. So, $19.98 is pretty darn good, based on the price history of the other BD sets.

That's what I decided to do last year, but the BDs weren't on sale for the BF norm price of $19.99. Only the DVDs were, so I wouldn't count on it again.

That set for $20 is a steal. I'd be all over it if I hadn't bought it the day it came out. I ended up getting Season 13 on eBay for $18 sealed and shipped in January. Still holding out for a decent price on S14, but these rarely dip below $35. The lowest I had ever seen them myself was $24.99 last summer when Best Buy had them and Amazon pricematched.
