Matches what BB had it for on BF in store. If somebody doesn't have to pay Amazon tax - score. But that's not me, so I'm still on hold for this one.

I'm sure BB charged tax. ;) So if you're passing at $90 plus 10% sales tax, you must want an $80 +10% deal. Your money so you can hold out for whatever deal you want.

Bond was a no-brainer.

Came out to $4.21 per film for me. You can't beat that.

You could probably sell that digital copy code for $30 or so too

The point was that the Amazon price was cheaper than BB if you don't pay tax when ordering from Amazon.

As a owner of the Craig singles and the first Connery set on BD, and the Bond Ultimate DVD sets, I'm holding out as long as I think it will drop lower. I don't think $75 is out of reach for that set.

I'm with you. I have a top price for everything, tax or no tax; what matters to me is the TOTAL price.

I own zero Bond shit. So I still win.

If I didn't own any of the Bond movies, I would have jumped at the $99 price a long time ago. I like the look of the normal sized case and booklet rather than that oversized huge book like packaging the previous set had.

Hold out for what you are willing to pay but remember the digital download codes have an expiration date.

Which is?

I'm not as into those as others unless they are for my young daughter and her iPad. I use them occasionally, but it's not a selling point.

Which is ludicrous! If it's part of the package it should only expire if the offering company goes out of business. That said, I usually give them to my son (I have no use for them) and he's redeemed some which were "expired" well after the expiration date.

There are two versions of the complete Bond set. Regular and Ultimate. The main difference is that the ultimate has the digital downloads. If they are not important to you, the regular version is the one you should purchase. It was recently $65 at Fox Connect .

I know the digital downloads I have seen have an expiration date. If they still work after the date listed on the package, that is great.

Fox titles (in my limited experience) seem to 'expire' both quicker and more fully than the other studios.

I have NO use for "digital copies"; but then I have no use for an I-Phone either.

It looks to be OOP, according to DVDList: http://dvdlist.kazart.com/queryDVDList.php3?id=230149

I've been procrastinating, but went ahead and ordered.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray

I might have gone for this if I didn't already have the movies individually. Phase 2 is overpriced right now or I'd buy it, because the movies are overpriced bought one at a time. Marvel hurts themselves because many wait for the box set instead of buying the movies as they come out.

IM1 and IM2 lost those documentaries for each one. That alone makes it not worth it. They were really good docs. Quality of the the films they're based on aside, of course.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray

I would like to have that bonus disc, but since I have all of the movies (including the old multi disc versions of Iron Man 1 and 2) I really can't justify the purchase.

Besides, I downloaded all of the deleted scenes exclusive to this set from youtube (thank you video download helper!).
