I thought this was a great season.

Deep Discount actually has this cheaper for two bucks at $22.99. They're running some sort of 4 day flash sale and it should be good through the weekend.

Arrow - Season 2 (Blu/DVD/Digital) is now $19.99. Which is still higher than I'd hoped based on #1 last year, but the lowest it's been.

Nope. Wrong on both counts, sorry. That is the DVD version in the ad and it's $19.99. The ad shows "DVD ...$17.99-$34.99 each" and pictures several titles. The BD version of TD is $24.99.

I finally picked up Dick Van Dyke show for $49.99 at Amazon. Amazon marketplace had a bunch of used copies (including a couple marked factory sealed) for $39 to $41, but it looks like most of them have sold over the last couple hours.

I saw that Get Carter was cheaper than ever now. The Caine version. Is that correct that the one we got here is a bit dubbed over cuz of some bits being said were too UK for us here? Seems like that is what the reviews say. There is some dubbing over in it. :/

For those looking for both season 1 and 2 Bluray - they're available for $30 at BBY. I'm guessing Amazon might adjust the price if you buy both
separately with chat/phone call, but I'm not sure how to submit a Lower Price Request for a combination purchase.

Also remember that Season 2 package contains both DVD and blu Ray versions while Season 1 blu ray package was only the blu ray. Might not be important to have both and most might not want the DVDs but this may explain why season 2 has not been as cheap as Season 1 when it first came out.

Interesting. I wonder whether they'd take just #1 back as a return...?

I thought #1 was all three also..? Were there two versions?

EDIT: Answered (most of) my own question. There is a JUST-Blu version of S1 and a B/DVD/UV one. For #2 there's definitely B/DVD/UV, not sure if there's a just-Blu.

Interesting hypothesis but, no, the Arrow Season 1 that was a $9.99 Lightning Deal last year (11-28-13) was BD plus DVD. I still have it (sold the DVDs to my local library for a bargain price). The current BD only set must be new.
