JUST FYI, I found the first 3 Transformers Blu-Rays at my local Safeway for $5.99, so if you have a Safeway near you it's worth checking out. Also saw Jumanji, American Hustle, Law-Abiding Citizen, The Amazing Spider-Man (the first one), The Wolverine, and Mission Impossible III: Ghost Protocol for the same price. Hunger Games: Catching Fire and World War Z are $9.99

As far as I know, there's only only two different discs, the original version that has 2D and red-and-green-glasses 3D, and the 3D version, with 2D and native 3D. The gift set above, and I'd imagine any other releases, feature the same original disc.

I only got the gift set because I liked the lenticular "3D" packaging. It's a really cute movie, and this is one of the films where I'd like to have displayed on a shelf. Walmart's $65 asking price was a tad too steep.

Is Amazon not doing the lightening deals calendar this year? The only thing I could find was this, but these deals suck, so hopefully they are doing something else soon.

Amazon Canada recently had this as a deal of the day for around $32-33, I believe. Not sure if that's indicative of anything, but it might be worth noting when the U.S. site drops their price.

Treme Complete Series is $64.99. That's a great price for a great show, and this set has an exclusive bonus disc. I'm torn as I have Seasons 1, 2 and 3 on BD but not yet Season 4.
