Orphan Black season 1 is $15.99 and season 2 is now $17.99

If you don't have cable and have never seen the show, I highly recommend it. Although, IMO season 1 is much better than season 2. It's definitely a worthy 20 hours of viewing.

When does Amazon usually post the Black Friday Week calendar with the start times of all the blus (and other products) for that week? That calendar rules my life one week a year;)

Just a reminder (it's been this case almost every year, but especially in the last couple of years) that most of the really good deals come BEFORE Black Friday. There maybe one or two deals you'll want to save your money for, but if you see something good early in the week, don't wait thinking it might pop up for even cheaper later on.

It seems like it comes out the Sunday before BF week. I can't remember, but I think it's just the items / times and the prices are posted the day before each LD goes live. I know it was done at least one year like this, but I'm not sure if it was like that last year.

All good advice, but does someone know the answer to Guesswho's question - When will the weekly calendar with the start times be posted? In the past, I thought it was available right after Halloween - any ideas?

Last year the calendar thread in this forum was started on 11/4, but then there were also lightning deals starting on 11/12. It seems like there's always a bit of an advance notice when we learn the titles and times but not the prices.

As far as deals improving throughout the period, last year I think I only canceled one purchase (Pacific Rim) because it came up cheaper as a Lightning Deal and it hadn't shipped yet. I think it was like the difference between $7.99 and $9.99.
