Safety Not Guaranteed is one of the better movies released in the past five years. It's one of the few movies I can recommend as a blind buy to almost anyone.

Might have to get Garden State for that price.

Do we know why Lego Movie still doesn't have a price?

Received my Star Trek order. Much prefer the separate cases for the movies. And I guess some people didn't get a slipcover for the 3rd season a while back from the ST: Original Series...but I did, so I'm happy.

Trying not to derail the thread too much, but honestly these disputes have been going on for years. It's only occasionally that it gets into the news like with Hatchette. Assuming it's the same kind of thing with these Warner titles, that only becomes prominent because of the high-profile releases and nerds like us who know (1) release dates and (2) studios.

I've done nearly all my online shopping at Amazon over the years, but problems like this point to generally distasteful business practices that have inspired me to diversify my purchasing both offline and online.

Anyway, back on topic...

I bit on Rodgers and Hammerstein at that price, and also finally picked up the first Abrams Star Trek for $9.

I resisted Desolation of Smaug at $14.99, and now it's down to $12.99.

Without wanting to wade through 103 pages of this thread, I have a simple question. The BBC series The Musketeers is coming to Blu-ray disc this summer, and Amazon's current pre-order price is $35.98, or a measly 10% off. Now, as this is more than $35, if I order this by itself and the price drops, will I still get free super-saver shipping?

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray

In the past, I've had orders which dropped below minimum shipping price, continue to ship. I wouldn't worry.

It's Taken 2 and A Good Day to Die Hard which are $4.99, and both of those come with $8 in movie cash for the new X-Men film.

Thanks for posting these. I think I'm in for The Way Way Back, Life of Pi & Skyfall.
