You had the wrong one the first time. You never indicated which UCE you had the 2nd time. You know there are 2 different ones, one with the statue (on sale) and one without (not on sale). From the sound of your post, it seemed like you grabbed the one without the statue. He only made the assumption based on what you wrote.

Re: Best Buy Black Friday ad
I got screwed on the Ben Hur set.
I went in, the tag was on the shelf for the 2 disc version *WRONG SET* (regularly like $39.99 or something), so I grabbed that and a few others and hopped in line. In line for about 15 minutes before I get to the register. The version I grabbed rang up full price. Stopped them there and told them there was a tag up for $10.99 right under it for Ben Hur. The guy in charge of the lines said, "I'm not discounting it." I told him I could grab the more expensive version that the website shows on sale really quick and he said "I'm not holding up my line" The cashier even looked it up on the website and it shown the more expensive one on sale. The supervisor guy said that it was clearly a mistake and that best buy wouldn't honor it. So, I paid for the other movies and went back for the ultimate collectors edition, went back to the supervisor and told him that this was apparently the one on sale and asked him if I needed to stand back in line or what. He looked at me and said yes. At this point the line was at least 3 times longer than the one I was just in so I went over his head.
I then grabbed the ultimate collectors edition,*if it didnt have a statue, again it was the wrong set* took it to the register in computers with one of the managers who punched in the sku and it came up $59.99, wouldn't type "Ben Hur" into the website to see the pic of the box set, the sku on the box came up with another edition.
I'll be back there later today to deal with them on this. I don't care which one I get, I just want a damn copy of the movie. I don't really need the extra packaging, just want them to honor the price on the shelf, or the website.

Picked up Weeds S5 + S6 on Blu-Ray tonight.
Odd thing was that S5 rang up $24.99 but S6 rang up $8.99. Had to bring over the Ad to the Associate to get the price change.

They had the tag on the wrong movie as well at mine, BUT if you clearly had read the tag you would see it show the MSRP of $69.99 on it which obviously referenced the figurine set and not the other versions they had in store.

Wasn't his fault, somebody else had pulled it. Thankfully they had what I needed in stock.

How long do they take to ship items? I ordered The Crow and Mimic on Thanksgiving and they did not ship yet.
It still says, "Order in process of being fulfilled; Usually ships in 0 - 1 days."

I still haven't gotten more than half my orders. And still haven't gotten my machete order mixup fixed. It's definitely rekindled my passionate hatred for Best Buy

I had a backorder ship. Astroboy was one of them.
Best Buy CLEARLY did not have stock, and knew it. They took in the cash, and behaved like punkass jerks this time around. I don't think anyone cares how much stuck is on-hand, or if anyone even counts their stock these days. They just take an order, take the money, and if the product is not available from another seller...oh well. Fuck-you Mr. Online Buyer. We don't care.
When these guys go out of business, I will celebrate. Employees are a joke, are a waste of my time, and apparently even online orders are getting out of hand.
Best Buy is outsourcing much of their sales to "Marketplace Merchants". They are simply behaving like a typical eBay seller who can't make sales on their own credibility...trying to make a few bucks while advertising someone else's products on their website. This is a sign BB is desperate financially, and it's just a matter of time.

All I have left is Citizen Kane on backorder. Unlike Ben Hur, I hope I get this one since I don't have it. All my others that were backordered, have shipped.

^ I have a CK on back-order as well. I have a bad feeling we won't be seeing these. Seems like this was a true BB Exclusive, i.e., a limited run with no plans for wider distribution later, so when they're gone, they're gone....

Mad Men S4 arrived today.
I was lucky enough to get CK and BH-UCE on BF around 11:00 a.m. in store. No one in this podunk town was apparently interested in old movies.

Thankfully, I got Mad Men days ago butFast Five still hasn't shipped. Still, I'm pleased overall. The items were available for a long stretch of time (certainly longer than a Amazon lightning deal) and they had free shipping on any amount. It was a pretty good sale for me.

Re: Best Buy Black Friday ad
I mentioned in another thread that when I got my price match on “Citizen Kane” from 34.99 to 10.99 over a week ago, they noted that their system said it was a discontinued item. Also, interestingly, I just searched for “Citizen Kane” on the Best Buy website, and it’s not even showing a listing for that version of the BD. It does indeed appear it is now a deleted/discontinued item. I of course don’t know if it will still rematerialize at a later date at general retail. I would imagine the studio will do some sort of non-boxed set version of it at some point, but that of course could be a regular BD case as opposed to the “Digibook”-type packaging.

I'm not counting on my Kane getting shipped.
