man, what a crock of shit.... my order for TMNT set got canceled. Why can't they just honor orders that went through and ship them as they become available.

My Gone With The Wind shipped but That's Entertainment for my dad got canceled which really sucks. That was gonna be a kick ass x-mas present for him for an awesome price.

Just got the e-mail that my Austin Powers has been canceled.

The email yesterday said That's Entertainment was scheduled to ship today, but I never got a ship notice so I have to assume that's going to get the axe as well.

Guess I should just go ahead and write off all the orders I placed in the last couple of days there.

My Austin Powers was cancelled as well.

Still have GWTW coming, supposedly.

Austin Powers was canceled. What BS, I think they did this to me before; they lured me in with a good price on a box set where I had to order extra stuff to get free shipping then they canceled the box set.

Well the heck with them, I'm going to cancel the rest of my order.

They just sent me an email that just canceled Batman set...BUT

I got on the phone and called and asked why it was canceled. I think I got a newer Customer Service rep who was really nice, but a little too nice to have been doing this for awhile lol. He said it was canceled because they didn't have anymore to fulfill orders. So then I told him it was in-stock when I ordered it, they sold many of them after I ordered. Then I told him it is in-stock at the very moment, and they should honor my ordered placed at the price offered. He didn't know what to do or say so he asked if he could go talk to a supervisor and I said sure. I was on hold 10 minutes. He cameback and said "good news we are gonna to honor your order and price on this item" then he got my email, name, phone number and said they would be in contact with me over it and it will be on it's way.

So who knows until it ships. I'm afraid they're going to get a russian lady who's worked there for years to call me and tell me no Batman for $13. I guess we'll wait and see.

It sucks, but there will be many blus to be had over the next week.

Basically everything that was a really good deal. What a load of BS considering the fact that these will probably just magically appear in stock for 3 times the price in a couple weeks. Definitely will make me think twice when I order from BN.com again.

what a joke you order movies they should have to give them to you at that price i live in canada if a store messes up the price they give it to you called good service joke of a store and its been like 30 hours then they cancell nice if i missed out on deals at other places waitinf or items u think you buy to get canceled

I ordered That's Entertainment yesterday (Sunday) and then received a cancellation notice this evening (Monday)...which really irks me if some people got in on that deal today...

Just found out they canceled my Austin Powers order. I'm one out of two since they did ship my GWTW order earlier.

I ordered it yesterday but have yet to receive a shipment notice or a cancellation notice.

So far I have That's Entertainment and the Ocean's Trilogy shipped, Batman cancelled, and Austin Powers still listed as open.

if u ordered thats entertainment yesterday it got canceled why they taking more orderes for it today? they got dogs working at bn.com ? most stores if you buy some thing they dont say sorry no you cant have it we are to stupid to figure otu how to block buys when we sold out its called sold out peeps learn to figure it out like ever other store online does
