Wow, those 3 are really tempting. Is Blood much better in Blu? (I already that one in dvd). To be honest, I didn't even know Blood had a blu release.

Edit: Decided on Witchblade for now and added one of my cheapies on my wishlist for the free shipping. Looks like it is going to take them a while to get WB in stock, but no hurry.

Pretty good deals imo. Were there better deals in the past? Yeah. But that doesn't stop these from being good prices until someone invents a time machine :P

Season 1 was a blind buy for me about two weeks ago. I pick it up for $11 shipped. One question on anyone that has this. Is there only two seasons? Does it end, should I buy it now and do not even think about it?

While nowhere near the $10 deals on here, Samurai Champloo: Complete Series [Blu-ray] is $33. It's dropped $20.50 since yesterday, and according to CinemaSquid, has never been lower.

I wanted to get this. It was even in my Gold Box for $31 and change. I just couldn't pull the trigger because I already own the DVDs and Funi supposedly went crazy with the DNR on this release.:( Great deal if you don't already own the DVDs.

I think it is worth a double dip just for the colors alone. The Blu ray release is SO MUCH more vibrant. The dvds look washed out in comparison. But that is just my 2 cents. The DNR is excessive on the release though. I still think the blu looks much better.

Yea, I didn't own it yet, so the Dolby TrueHD soundtrack, and (quite honestly) the more compact packaging, were enough to get me past the negative reviews re DNR.

I bit, but at $29.99 from marketplace seller that had free 2-day shipping. :D

I literally laughed out loud when I read this. This and, maaaaaayyybbbbbeee Unbreakable, are the only of his films I can stand. I confess to loving LITW. But, I'm a sucker for anything Chris Doyle shoots.

The Proposition $10.49

If you're into spaghetti westerns, borderline exploitation or in the middle of an Australian film marathon (as I currently am), I highly recommend this one.

Probably the best film I've seen this year.

Wasn't this super-cheap, like $6.99, at one point from Amazon?

The Proposition is so great, I might need to grab the Blu and upgrade.

For a very short time, I believe so. It's routinely been around the $9.99 mark off and on, and well worth that price.

Familyvideo is currently running The Proposition for $8.99 ...

Probably the best film I've seen this year.
It's worth just to see it for Winstone's and Emily Watson's performances alone. Beautifully shot and all around great film with a little edge to it.
