Some nice deals there like the $9-10 Unforgiven & Beetlejuice, especially if you have Prime and a no-tax state.

I know many here have picked it up in the past in the low 30s, so probably not. I paid 36 for it when it first came out. The series is certainly worth more than $50 though.

Quite a few went went up in price, though, and were removed from the list.

Makes perfect sense to me.....when I think of Disney classics, nothing comes to mind quite like drug abuse, shock therapy, amputations and live sex shows!

re: Amazon.com Discounts and Deals on Blu-ray

I got a little nervous after receiving an email from Amazon on Monday that the sale would end on 9/30, so I placed an order for 4 titles:

Transsiberian
The Proposition
Chaos
Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan

Total of $39.96

Thanks, Jaymole... Babel added to $9.99 list. Night Train is also now $9.99.

Amazon has lowered the price of The Terminator to $9.99.

This early (June 2006) BD release got only lukewarm technical reviews from Josh Z and John Sinnott but it doesn't seem likely to get a new release anytime soon, unlike the incessantly re-released T2, so it may be worth the ten bucks to pick this up.
