Shadow of Chornobyl try to play the trilogy, which will never happen until 2 comes out on my bday. 11/20. That’s gotta be a good sign!

Based on a recent conversation in this thread, I decided to revisit the original trilogy. The games are nicely remastered, but also very true to how I remember them. As such, the first game is really rough, not having aged all that well. Still, a nice flashback to what I believe was my first PS3 game.

My kid used to play Ace Attorney on the Nintendo DS. Maybe that’s why it seems archaic.

Recently Finished:
Cat Quest III (PS5). I enjoyed the additions from the previous game but it ended way quicker than I was expecting. Took me 7 hours to complete it and get the platinum which is half the time of the previous game.
Currently Playing:
I then got the Ratchet & Clank itch so I started up R&C1 on PS5 which you can only stream PS3 games on PS5 and it ran terribly even with my good internet. I tried another PS3 game streaming on PS5 and was unplayable so I moved on and started up Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters which I had never played before and so far so good.
Up Next:
Star Wars Outlaws (PS5)

Mafia : Definitive Edition (Series X) Only two chapters in bit loving the atmosphere, and graphics look good. Slow burn but don't mind for this game

Wow enjoyed this. Real good game, some small frustrations but like it. Never played the original release or any Spongebob game. Recommended, on GamePass.

Pretty underwhelmed with Star Wars Outlaws. Put a little over 6 hours into it and nothing about the gameplay is fun and the story and characters lack anything to pull me in. So I decided to put it aside for now and start up Crypt Custodian (PS5) which is a fantastic metroidvania (at least so far in the first few hours I've played).
