Just wrapped it up. Nicely done plot showing what Ada is up to in between her bumping into Leon throughout the main story.

It's just a shame Ada's new VA sucks. Not Megan Fox/Rhonda Rousey bad, but she sounds flat and bored in every one of her line readings.

Separate ways is decent so far - I do love how you run into (somewhat) live scenarios from Leon's playthrough (i.e. learning that Ada is the one who rang the bell so the villagers stopped overwhelming Leon, hearing Ashley crying from in the church).
I can't stand the voice actor for Ada though - she sucks. They need to get the old voice actor back - So many lines fall flat or are just delivered terribly.
I'm only on chapter 2 but it's pretty good.

Re: RESIDENT EVIL 4: Remake
So, I finally got around to playing this. I played this on the Wii and tried playing it again on the non-remastered PC version (but it just didn't control as well as the WiiMote). I can't believe how much of this game I totally forgot. For the record, I never finished it but I got pretty far. Maybe it's the graphical redo that is making me think I somehow skipped entire sections or I have an RE4 mental block!
Anyway, the remake is amazing to look at and controls like it should have from the beginning. Really enjoying this playthrough.

Re: RESIDENT EVIL 4: Remake
I can't believe the Separate Ways DLC only cost 10 bucks. It was epic.
The fact that Ada fights the final boss from the original story and she has her own stalker boss to take care of really added a lot.
You also encounter the knights from the main story (don't worry you can fight them) as well as the creepy as regenerator monster and few other surprises.
This was a very satisfying playthrough just like the shadows of rose story DLC from Village.

Capcom Europe also announced on X/Twitter that it will release a physical copy of the game, but physical media lovers in Europe must wait until March.

Re: RESIDENT EVIL 4: Remake
Annoying in theory, but aren't these Gold/Deluxe editions just the base game on disc with everything else as a download code?
