How long until it's available for non-start up buyers? I'd like to try it out but I don't need a 2nd Chromecast Ultra (Which I bought mainly for streaming from my Oculus Quest), plus I'd probably use it on my PC + Xbox One controller first and foremost.

Also, don't forget that cross-play titles (like Destiny 2) are NOT cross-play on the Stadia.

EA bringing Madden, FIFA, and Star Wars games to Google Stadia.Electronic Arts is bringing its games to Google Stadia. Jedi: Fallen Order will come to Google Stadia this fall, while Madden and FIFA are slated for some time this winter. EA joins publishers like 2K, Bethesda Softworks, Rockstar Games, Square Enix, and Ubisoft, which have committed to bring past and future games to the Stadia platform.

Google announced earlier this month that the standard version of Stadia, which can be accessed by anyone with a Gmail address in the platform’s 14 launch territories, is now available and includes two free months of Stadia Pro. The standard version of Stadia is free, but users need to purchase the games they want to keep.

I picked up the free Stadia, and I have been unsuccessful linking the controller to the Chromecast they sent, so that's fun.

Did SG&E ever actually release anything? It always struck me as odd that Google was going to try to make their own games to begin with.

I totally forgot Madden came out for Stadia last week.

I totally forgot it existed. I got the controller for free, and was never even able to get it to work. Thanks for the Chromecast though.

Apparently it got a good number of accolades for how well Cyberpunk 2077 ran on it.

Saw a petition recently to get Google to at least unlock the bluetooth on those controllers, so they can still be used for other things instead of just heading straight to a landfill. Hopefully they will do it.
