“Inside the Mountain”. But, sub quest in that is something about getting to Thor’s hammer. I’m just about to finish it.

Where are you and what level?

I just finished The Sickness and I'm starting The Black Rune. I'm level 5, but I explored a lot and took out Travelers and upgraded the Travelers Armor set.

I don't remember anything about Thor's hammer in Inside the mountain. The max level in the game is 9.

Oh, that’s a low level for such a long game, no? This wasn’t getting the hammer. It had to do with his statue and getting to certain places on it.

I beat the game as a level 4+/5 doing basically no side quests

Any tips on beating Modi and Magni? Oh and I figured out I’m only level 3. Don’t know where I got 5 from.

You need them about even I believe, so don't focus on one then the other by too much ... Or maybe I'm thinking of another battle. Iirc does a mini save when both are about half way gone.

I noticed the mid save battle. That sure is helpful. As is the resurrection stone, but I can only hold one at a time. Not sure if that changes. I always forget to evade. I use shield a lot but always forget the evade button. I got to use that more.

This game is a ton of fun.

I did, thx. Just took a couple more deaths and a resurrection stone. I actually beat them after I resurrected. I was right, I had to do more evading. I’m sure more and harder yet to come. Got to keep my enthusiasm in check.

How do you or can you raise your health bar in this game? I saw vids with some hefty health bars, but mine is still itty bitty at level 4. My rage meter is larger and takes so long to fill back up. I love the rage mode, but I can only do it if I pick up more red orbs, correct?

Of course, the R3 rip to shreds skill is my fav. Reminds me of the new Dooms.

You have to solve puzzles to open Rune chests to increase your health.

The C R N puzzles? I try all of them but I can never get all. Only a few thus far. Shit. Guess I gotta go backtracking. I thought they might have been for health bc they were so hard. Drat. Thanks l.

Can I even back track? Some places once I jump down, that’s it. Sometimes no getting back up. So, how do I access areas with CRN puzzles I missed?

Yes, you can backtrack.

I only did one CRN, I raised my health mostly through vitality points on runes and gear
