1) For the Rancor raid, everyone gets a single battle that actually commits damage (multiple retreats are fine if you're experimenting or have bad RNG). We have another one beginning at 3pm EDT today. You can do your battle any time after 3pm as we protect it until then to avoid chaos.
2) For the Tank Raid, there are no rules. Just use your 5 battles each day before roster refresh
3) On Galactic War day (Tuesday evening - Wednesday), we ask for a soft cap of 24 completions, not the full 36.
That's it!

Stupid question regarding GW... if you don't "restart" every day, do you lose it? I was under the impression you could start GW today, complete one battle and carry the rest over to tomorrow. Can you "bank" GW events to up to 36 battles?

Yes, you need to restart within every 24-hour window or you'll lose those 12.
You can bank them to get 36 in one day, but that's what we discourage for a lot of reasons.
1) You delay income from Monday to late Tuesday
2) 24 per player is way more than enough to max the guild reward tier
3) Not everyone can do all 12 every day so you leave people behind if you allow a full 36

Haha! Well, if you stick around you'll have Han maxed in no time. We have 21 players complete now and many more closing in. We run a pretty sweet rotation to keep churning them out and wasting as few shards on completed players as possible. The goal being getting everyone maxed so we can just bash it with no rules! FYI - We do have a rule about members only getting one battle in the Rancor raid. It's getting more lenient but, for now, try to remember that.
Oh! And our raids rotate between a 10am-3pm EDT and 3pm-10am EDT schedule. I will launch one tonight, but it won't technically begin until 10am Thursday. It will end promptly at 3pm so don't miss those 5 hours!

Yep, one battle only. If everyone did all their characters, it would be chaos.
We do 1 each and even phase 1 is reserved for people that have "auditioned" for it (which is simple and you should do it). That was because in the beginning of the thing we needed efficiency and not everyone was prepared for P1.
It's trivial now.

I don't think I've ever broken the top five, but I've been as low as position 7 or so, which is plenty low enough to get a bunch of Han shards and move up quickly.
My Han is 6 stars now and I'm one of the ones on the bottom because when we joined the guild I was only about level 50 so I've always been playing a bit of catch up.

P1 is the guard phase. You need a Teebo, and QGJ for turn meter reduction. I use Phasma to get slow him, and I use Rey and 86 for DPS (Geonosian Soldier can work as well). I can easily get through the entire phase by myself.
Once you get to P1 you'll get Han in no time, I'm down to needing 57 shards for a 7* Han. I would always get 2-3 shards per raid, but once I got P1 I'm getting 7 usually. The fact that our big guys are willing to drop to 40-50 place is really nice of them.
