Some games really are too violent
We don't need a new CoD game every year

Games over 20 hours are usually filled with insufferably boring filler - that shit does not make a good game, Bethesda.
The best games are simple to play and difficult to master, not defining something for all 20 buttons and making shit complicated as all get out.
People bitch too much about save points and game difficulty.

Yeah, I expected as much.
There are mobile games that are infinitely more enjoyable than most console games.

Gaming has developed my hand/eye coordination and reaction time to a level that I can navigate traffic with ease while texting and or eating.
So shoot them both in the head and get 2 kills. I don't see the problem here.
Mine actually has to do with the same thing, but I believe the opposite opinion of yours. Achievements and Trophies have ruined much of the enjoyment of online gaming. I can't stand the achievements like "kill so many opponents with knifes to the back" and you see two dudes standing in the corner knifing themselves like fucking idiots just for an achievement.

Canadians suck at video games.

It's just cheap bullshit. So glad I uninstalled it. You'll never get my money!
I may agree, but I played a shit ton of N64 with friends.
Those games haven't aged well for me. I can still play emulated SNES games, NES, rarely.
No, no, no.
Just put a fresh coat of paint on MW2 and re-release it.
Man, I almost don't want to play games anymore that don't have a community aspect.
There are some addictive games on there. Not YOU Candy Crush.
Agreed.

A lot of these aren't even very bold!
I'll say the opposite; there's nothing wrong with yearly rehashes of certain franchises.
Activision and Guitar Hero had little to do with the death of that type of music game; it was a fad that was going to die sooner rather then later anyway.

I did as well, but have you tried replaying any of them within the past few years? I'd absolutely love it if Nintendo gave HD updates to all of the marquee titles for the N64. The choppy graphics take me out of the game now. It's difficult to play most of them.
I'd agree with that. Same reason the Tony Hawk games died off.

Big budgets have wrecked video gaming. It's mostly style over substance now.
