OBW doesnt scare me off in PvP. she is usually pretty fast to take down first if you keep her away from blues and purples.

I bought a daily deal anniversary token yesterday and got my 3rd Devil Dino cover (all 3 are purple). bought one today and got an Ares (boo).

current PvE is annoying since hawkeye and thor are my only leveled up characters. the final couple fights took many tries due to bad luck

Yeah, the avail roster for this PvE sucks big time. Only decent one is Thor. I hate when they lock out the heroes.

The only reason I'm playing the current PVE is to try to get the final Black Widow progression reward. I've got 11 covers for her and need purple, so I'm putting up with grinding with a crappy roster. At least the ISO's doubled.

I wish they'd kept giving out the Anniversary tokens for everything this week. I got 3* covers on all the ones I earned via events, except for one that gave me 600 HPs. Unfortunately, I've bought 4 as daily deals and gotten unneeded 2*s for each of those.

just got the 1200 point deadpool in the anniversary event.

I will say Hawkeye + Widow is a cool combination, since once you get Widow's purple skill (and you make sure there's a bunch of purple and green on the board) you can fire off multiple crits, triggering speedshot, and then finish it off with (if maxed) sniper or Thor's green. But they're both super squishy, so I can't grind down nodes unless I want to use health packs, which I refuse to do for Rags rewards.

Clearly purple Dino is weighted differently than the offensive powers. I'll get the 2400 progression cover soon and mine will be 1/1/4.

About an hour ago, I got over 750 in the current PVP and shielded up. As always, I checked my rank under the event rewards tab first, to make sure my points were what they said they were on the main screen. I played a node on the PVE and double checked my score on the PVP and it was still good. Just logged back in and got attacked and lost 84 points while shielded. I hate when this game glitches.

I was really happy with it (though I had to sell both Falcons). The 600HP was very nice as I have been shield hopping like a mofo in an effort to get top 5 for the week (to get the 2-10 packs). The odds on the anniversery tokens are really good compaired to the normal 10 packs, so I thought I would go sick this week. I'm going to seriously depleat my HP reserves by the end of this thing.

Remember that when you hit around the year progression mark you'll get I think one of each Dino color as daily rewards.

This is how screwed up the game is/weighted towards Sentry. The benefit of Dino's purple power seems to mainly be that the animation, while cute, takes some time, and shield hoppers at the elite level won't want to waste that time (since he has high hp and the power is low cost, it'll delay the time it takes to destroy your team with sentry/hood). Still not sure it's worth the ISO cost unless you have a ton and have already leveled the heavy hitters.

You should definitely complain to the dev's, they'll likely reimburse you for the shield at least.

I've bought like 5 of the anniversary daily deal tokens and only 1 has been a dino; the rest 2*s.

I ground out the 3* BW cover from the PvE since i couldnt do the current PvP (no 1*). It wasnt too bad but i'm missing out on the anniversary rewards.

Yeah, I think I've gotten like 8 tokens, and 2 3*'s (And a Fury) out of them. Not horrible, just nothing I've really wanted yet.

Hadn't even thought of this as an option, but just used the in-app feedback to tell them about it. I'll post if I get a response back.

Got the 25k BW and I should be in good shape for a Cap too. The last two PvP have sucked so nothing from those.

Anyone have thoughts on strategy for the balance of power PVP? 2* Magneto & Storm paired with 3* Thor are a pretty powerful offensive combo that I can play really well with. I'm thinking win a handful of rounds with them, then play one with 3* Daken, Hood and Sentry, so that'll be the team I have on defense. That's how the PVP system works, right? (Last team you use is what your challengers are playing against.)

Yeah, it's like 400K ISO to fully level a 4*. I'm doing that with xforce and fury before I touch dino.

That is right. The last team to win is your defensive team. I'd recommend something like Juggs, Sentry, hood/obw for defense. That is a whole lot of HP and pain coupled with some A/P drain. In the end it doesn't matter what you put up if you get high enough points. Pretty much any offensive team can beat any defensive team if played right. But, the above team can really bring the pain with a cascade or two.

Another good strategy for team composition is to try and have all of the colors covered with skills. That way, the opponent can't just deny a couple of colors to win.

Another good defensive team, at least for me for the last event, was Black Panther, Juggs and OBW.

Damn it, all the anniversary tokens lately have been worthless for me, such a waste of 50 HP the last few days.

I had a bad run of luck with them too but I pulled a red Devil Dinosaur tonight. For my 300? HP so far I've pulled a Captain Marvel too so I can't complain.
