Re: Fallout 4
So what level is everyone finishing this at? I just reached level 30 (70 hours or so), and STILL can't stand crafting... I have not done much of the main mission yet. I wouldn't say I have an awesome weapon or armor either pretty bummed about that. I have not found a plasma rifle either. That was my favorite from Fallout 3. Still seem to get my ass handed to me more that I would like as well. Fun game but becoming frustrating as I have not really found anything really cool yet. So if anyone has some tips...
i'm at 69.

Well, I gave up getting the Benevolent Leader achievo at Sancuary Hills. I was stuck at 96% with no movement. I'm trying at Red Rocket instead. Fingers crossed.

Something about your embeded video makes my browser (Firefox) go to Microsoft's security-check page. What the shit?

Did it on Finch farm. Stupid and annoying, and I think I never would've figured it out without a guide, but at least it's done.

I don't give a shit if they are happy.
Do you get anything out of besides XP when building crap?
Also, what purpose do turning on Protectron's serve? Do you ever mess with their personalities? Or do you just kill them and scrap them for parts after turning them on?

Supposedly you can get some cryo ammo off of them if you change them to fire mode, but I've never seen it drop.

More than likely something definitely with your machine - I use firefox at work and just tried it and no errors at all (I'm NOT logged into my outlook account either).

Protectron's help you most of the time. I usually switch the law enforcement personality.

Yeah, I'm blaming OneDrive. But reverse for me; fine at work, blocked at home. I have way tighter security at home, since my work PC doesn't hold shit.

Finally a quest that has made my Fallout 4 Journey very cool/worthwhile and stumbled upon by accident. I did The Big Dig last night and loved every second of it. That had been what I have been missing.

I changed one to the Subway guy one time and it wanted to see a token. I had one but he still attacked me. Now I just leave them on default.

Re: Fallout 4
Beat the game at level 30 with a little over 2 days in. I did the
pretty abrupt but I have to admit that
they really did a good job of making it feel "Wrong" but with that said - It was annoying too, I honestly can't stand when games pull this shit, even if it is effective
But with that said, still and amazing F'n game, such a technical achievement. It's amazing how you can just walk into an abandoned building and go on a terminal to read about something (with your characters name included) that you did earlier in the game. How the NPC's react to what you did in the game, how companions will talk among each other when you switch between them - could go on, and on, and on.
I will be playing this game for a long time to come - one of the best if not THE best games I've ever played - that's high praise coming from someone who is not into sci-fi that much.

Yeah, that's my point - you should just be able to play through without any consequences.

Re: Fallout 4
Ha, come one man...I'm simply saying I just don't like it. The game gives you no options at all if you want to see certain endings and it's something in gaming I can't stand. It's even worse with Fallout as there aren't even certain obvious trigger points for the "point of no return". You lose missions and get locked out of certain content in the game.
It's ridiculous to me and at the very least if there are going to be multiple endings....make them non-consequential for the gamer.
Lastly, I don't have all the time in the world to game so makes it even more frustrating (especially for a game this size).

ugh, had 2 suits of power armor in Sanctuary and of course it gets attacked while I'm underground right in the middle of "The Big Dig" and they're both gone by the time I get back to defend it.
